I know this is a smaller town, but no 4 foot fiberglass blue ladders? Not 1? My Home Depot back home has 60. I still found what would work in a pinch. What ch I thank you for.
Competitive prices the only reason why I give it 3 stars is because of employees; the younger employees don’t care about the customer experience they ignore you. They don’t work as a team they try to do the least as possible -and take for ever at the register. This young lady at returns wanted a receipt for a return when I was giving her the credit o used to pay to look for the transaction I know it can be done other employees had done it in the past but she refused to so I ended walking out with my unreturned item it’s in my garage now; it’s fine I just didn’t not had the energy to argue for a 25 dollar item.
Worst customer service shopping experience ever … I will NEVER buy an appliance here again. First my delivery is cancelled by text. NO washer for another 10 days. Then incorrect machines show up. Almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone … 20-30 min holds .. just nothing. Then disconnected and agent doesn’t bother to call me back. Back on hold again … another 18 mins so far … horrible horrible horrible. Never again. AVOID Home Depot Update: 3rd delivery is also cancelled, no explanation, just a text message.. My Black Friday price is now gone, I have to pay full price ... eventually customer service agrees to a store credit. Just wow... Now waiting a month since initial purchase. How are these people in Business? They snag you a price, no one else can match.
I have been shopping at this homedepot for over 5 years and let me tell you it’s getting worse and worse. To get anything electrical is impossible with this store !!!!!! They make u wait over 30 min to get a simple breaker same for some over priced cable. Then ! I ordered an electric mower didn’t come with everything that it was supposed to come with over 4k and Home Depot gave me the run around for 1 month!!!! Then I had to cancel installations for the garage door 4k total and it’s been 3 month Home Depot gives me the run around so I went in today and called that order feels like they don’t need your business or money they hire kids that just got out of high school no one knew the the difference between a screw or a nail. I suggest you get your electrical from platz and your garage doors from lows
I think I’m at a 40 minute wait now. I can do 5 more minutes, and then I’m out. Watsonville Home Depot management must be MIA, how many times can they paige for an electrical associate to assist a customer waiting in aisle 43. This is absurd. I tell them I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes now and they look at me like I have horns. Train your darn staff management this is absurd, worst Home Depot experience ever! This is beyond lack of customer support.
Waited for 30 minutes to get an “associate” to cut wire in electrical. They kept paiging over the intercom. And I kept waiting. Went to the opposite end of the store where there is 5 employees standing around. I’ll send someone over there, how long am I supposed to stand around waiting. I’m sure I would be there all night if I didn’t keep going to find someone. Nonetheless, I’m still waiting, and probably never going back to this Home Depot. Management is definitely MIA at Watsonville Home Depot.
Waited over 30 min for propane. Team couldn’t find the key or understand how the automated machine worked. Total incompetence. Store manager was too lazy to come out and try to fix things. Instead just kept directing the staff to try different keys over and over while I’m waiting the entire time
This location is so much better than Santa Cruz, stock is better, more organized less busy and the employees give great customer service as opposed to SC most of them are just stretched thin or straight up don't care and walk around talking to each other. Special shout-out to the equipment rental employees. I called recently to rent a carpet cleaner and they kindly informed me of a cheaper car cleaning vacuum washer I could rent that was better for the job. This is the kind of customer service that saves me time and money. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever. Came to pick up supplies via curbside pickup and app wouldn t work. Called the phone number listed and they hung up on me a couple of times. Lowe s or Ace here I come!

This place will not warrantee any of their tools or gas powered products. Horrible customer tools from somewhere like pro build or big Creek lumber.
What dont they have. Kitchen sink. They gotem.
The staff is not very helpful at this homedepot but the worst part is the guy that walks around asking if customers will do a survey. That guy has harassed me half a dozen times. He is exceptionally rude and will not take no thank you for an answer. Well here is your review: Your store is awful, and that is mainly because of you.

We have been in quite often lately cuz im helping her re do her 2 bathrooms...we found ourselves in paint the other evening and a young man by the name if Alex was Happy to help...this dude even put up with my lame humor and verses us on spray paint finishes. Been in twice since and each time Alex has recognized us and offered friendly wassups Somebody should be headhunting this guy because hes gonna be worth a million dollars in no time...yeah, great service and thank you

So Home Depot is amazing. So I made a mistake of measuring because I m tryna make a book shelf top to hold my tv and the bottom first as you can see the picture idk if it will be upload because my side was glitching weird. But either way I went back there again I ask a guy who standing outside who works at Home Depot saying hey I feel like there was a mistake the cutting board was wrong cut of the length and width is there any possible way to fix this he said yeah it s for free just go to lumber they ll take care of you . Went inside went to lumber side less than 5 mins an employee came up ask us there s anything we could assist you with. Amazing I tell you this amazing job Home Depot employees should be getting raises but they helped me then checkout. I told the guy hey I paid for this board last night basically but board was wrong I was gonna just walk out because I didn t have to pay but I told him I already paid for it I could show you my bank statement but yeah the security guard professional. After all this was my experience guys please do not give them issues just relax take a breather and explain what s going on because they don t know what happen we are all humans so we shouldn t give someone their day a bad time instead a good time easy day . Gooooooo Home Depot!
Buying yard plants, garden dept better stocked than Ive seen in years, and good prices, bought 5 plants, going back for more..
Bought a mini refrigerator had to go and exchange it because it didn t work and had a dent. After a while I mean a long while the cashier from customer service told me just take it.

Actually found what I needed, nobody around, but I managed, lol. Pvc molding, working on a trailer, I want to try pvc instead of aluminum, see if it holds better.
I rarely get the help I need because no one knows where or what Im talking about, may be cause theres more then 1 location for the same thing if it can go in different depts, and honestly someone needs to care for the plants in the garden section better too... and dont get me started on their inventory issues

I like there is huge variety. Not approached much asking if you need help, at least in some stores. You have to go hunt them down, break up their chatty chat, **But the main reason I go there instead of another hardware store, is because they let you bring in your dog. Mine is a good girl and likes to go where I go instead of being in the car, waiting for my return.

Prices of outdoor 4 vegetable plants were $2.98 compared to $ 5+ in santa cruz. so drive 15 minutes and save 40%

Stock problem might be on a tier list for ordering. Low on the List. 41st Ave better Store. Also had to wait 20 min. in line Lumber.
Not enough people working there had to get up on the second shelf and get down the kitchen cabinets by myself very difficult wasnt sure if I was going to be able to handle it myself no help available $300 purchase probably wont be back

I went for a piece of furniture for my bathroom, the truth is, a great variety of things for the home from garden, bathrooms, kitchen to garden and they treated me very kindly, answering all my questions. I 100% recommend this place.

Pretty good store but downsized for Watsonville due to public pressure. They have a good selection in spite of that. The prices are a little above average but are competitive with the local hardware stores.

Plan your visit by looking up the aisle and row of what you want, otherwise youll waste time. Things are generally where theyre supposed to be. Go on a weekday if you need human help; some of the old timers are real pros.

I like this store best for construction, irrigation, and what I call Big Project items. Being in Watsonville they cater more to a trade/contractor audience, versus some of the other hardware stores that are more focused on the home repair/improvement buyers. The one thing about this Home Depot thats a problem is (and I know this isnt their fault) that Verizon Wireless has REALLY BAD coverage inside the store, so if I want to use my Home Depot app it doesnt work. They do have AT&T Wi-Fi in the store, and sometimes it works.

Another Home Depot a little larger than my local one in Soquel. A little more of the same stuff. Friendly if over worked staff if you can find one of them. Overall, a good place. Its still good but with more masks, a little more distance and of course higher prices.
