Great little hardware store in the middle of Watsonville, lots and lots of stuff for your home repair not so heavy on the industrial stuff though. But very convenient and great people.
Big shout out to Benji and Angela for helping me out after having a terrible morning, woke up to go to work, stopped for a snack, came outside my ladder was gone, I’d sit and cry about it but most likely a homeless guy smoked the damn thing before I could report it stolen. Benji and Angela took their time to help me out and was really friendly from the moment I walked in and the moment I walked out. Definitely shopping at this location again under different circumstances. 5 stars to both of you! 😁🤘🏽🌴
About two or so weeks ago I was discriminated against in this store. I wasn't in the store 5 minutes before I was accosted made to empty everything from my pockets in front of other customers which was embarrassing. I knew they were following me but I wasn't stealing so I did not care. TheY said that I had put items in my pocket but I only took one thing off of the shelf and clearly put it back....they found nothing but my own possessions in my pocket and hardly apologized. And prior to that when I brought my drill which was $20 over priced they refused to make me an Ace Member. This store made me feel as though I was unwanted and unwelcome
Great service. I was having one of those days where you can look right at something and not see it, and in my short visit I think I pestered every single employee to come point at something right in front of my face so I could find it, but the folks working there were patient and helpful every time I asked. Thanks for a good experience!
They have pretty much everything and still retains the hardware store feel and not the Costco meets tools and colonial pervasion we all benefit from and probably don't realize. Anyway, very well stocked and staff is reasonably present usually.
For emergency supplies
They carry most everything youd need. Service was average when I went.
I went to get a key made. The key works great, no problem.
Expensive only if you really really really need it!!!!

Gera is the MAN. After the careless corporate online ordering system failed me by allowing me to pay for and place an order for a product that wasnt actually in stock and me driving 30 minutes there to be told they didnt have said item, Gera took care of business and found us a suitable substitution and discounted it to the price I origfinally paid. Thank you Gera!

Im quite offended. Asked if I could get a chipped key made if I have a valet key and vin#. They cant help me. As I looked at other isles on my way to exit I was followed by 3 employees to then have manager ask me to empty my pockets. Absolutely uncalled for. Manager claims to have video of what exactly, I have no idea. Accused of stealing then manager lies about non existent video. I will escalate

I found exactly what I needed with the help of the friendly people that work there. I left my phone at the check out and the person that helped me find what I was looking for called to me and returned my phone to me.
I was a customer purchasing a product and they did not allow me to use the restroom. Not cool.
This store is usually really nice to go to, but when I walked in today I was ignored by 2 workers who were busy talking about something to ask me if I needed any help. luckily I saw Freddy I have known for a while when he was working for the county and he helped me.

I needed some clamps and small funnels, the fellow that helped me took me to the right sections if the right aisles. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I left my phone at the check out and the same ypung man that had been helping me ran me down and handed it to me.
