Ordered an RSI Smartcap EVO Sport to Street Scene for my new Tacoma, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Ben and Jeff were SUPER helpful - answered all my questions, were friendly and knowledgeable, and got me in and out of there in one day! Would absolutely recommend Street Scene to everyone, and will be going back for any future needs.

Street Scene did a great job replacing the heater and evaporator core, plus the hydro-boost on my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel. They keep me informed and made appropriate suggestions for getting the repairs done right and for long term reliability. I appreciate their focus on customer service but also their knowledge and technical/mechanical know how.

This is an amazing customer service shop. They are super friendly, make you feel like you are the most important customer, let you know exactly what an upgrade or repair will cost, get you in and out on time, have helped out in two emergency repair needs, +++. Their Workmanship, people skills, products, specialty work, level of factory excellence on upgrades, warrantees are ALL 5 star. The prices are fair and you get what you pay for...Bravo Street Scene...I am a long time customer who finally figured out how to do one of these reviews that asks more information than I normally like to give...

Great bunch of gentlemen! Passing through from Canada and had an issue with my air ride suspension on my truck. They helped me with a temp fix that allowed us to continue on our way. Thank you Jeff and your Foreman! We'll always remember your kindness!

Fast turnaround, super knowledgeable. They are a 4x4 shop for the most part, but they knew everything about attaching a trailer hitch on my BMW 330i wagon. Highly Recommend.

Hard to not give these guys a five star rating. The entire experience was great. Quick phone response, easy to get an appointment and a detailed estimate were just the tip of the iceberg. The follow-up was even better. They sent a text link that showed several inspection photos. I got a phone call advising me that due to the condition of the trailer some of the items on my estimate were not necessary. They lowered the bill by a few hundred dollars. Thanks Ben and Jeff.
