They told me it would be 20 min. After 45min I called and they told me the driver was redirected and it would be another 20 min. After another 20 min I had to call again. It took them almost an hour and a half and I never got one update about the time. I had to call multiple times.
Didn't even get my tow yet and I'm writing a review....I have to pay out of pocket and other tow services were ridiculous, these guys were comparable but cheaper so I gave em a call. Customer service was excellent; friendly, thorough, and had saved my info even though I spoke to 2 different ladies. I didn't have my stuff together and had to bug them 3 times coordinating, and they were extremely understanding and accommodating! With the weight of unknown repair cost and the stress of not having a vehicle it sure is nice to not have the stress of towing added. They have options to pay cash or card, can accommodate my lowered vehicle with a flatbed, and had no problem scheduling my tow for tomorrow morning (between 9 and 10, not 9 and good luck!!) even offering a reminder call. I haven't had the tow yet but I'm already sure it will be equally efficient. Thank you.
To be honest, I was stressed out and rude as hell when I first called, and everyone was so helpful, polite and friendly. The tow truck driver was awesome, really professional and down to earth. Overall, great experience, and all for a good price. Would definitely recommend!
They're always there promptly, and do a great job for a reasonable fee. They have serious skill in getting nonfunctioning vehicles out of tight spaces on angles. Really impressive watching them turn a vehicle that can't get into neutral 45 degrees using a winch and plastic blocks, to get it perfectly in line with the truck. Drivers are usually friendly. One was less so, but it was late at night, so I get it. Payment is a little weird; they call in the credit card number to central dispatch instead of using a card reader, but it doesn't take more than a couple minutes. Next time a vehicle breaks down, I'll definitely give them a call.
I had Lifesaver Towing take my older sports car over the hill to my mechanic. They did a fantastic job, from start to finish. The person I spoke to was courteous and had a flatbed to my place within the hour. I was charged the quoted price, which was reasonable. The tow driver was very courteous and professional and dealt with access issues very well. I've had many tows over the years and this was the best by far.
I was 100% satisfied with this towing company. My husband and I have a 3500 Dodge ram duly that broke down in our driveway. We needed it towed to San Mateo for repair. Lifesaver Towing had the right truck to haul our big truck up the mountain and to San Mateo. Not only did they have an adequate size truck with 4 wheel drive but the driver was so professional and did such an excellent job. His name was Ross. I highly recommend him. Also what I liked about the company is their customer service. The woman the schedule the tow was experienced. If ever I need this sort of service again I will definitely call this company and I recommend them to anyone.
Best tow service ever. They got to my scene fast and even took me home. I tipped the driver for being so nice. I called the office later and the owner didn't mumble to me. I understood him perfectly. Keep up the good work!

My towtruck driver Angel is a good person and very smart with her mechanics. She even made me smile given my axle was in pieces and broke down in the middle of the highway and towed me safely off the road to the mechanics. If i was her boss i would be giving her a raise once i read this review. Thank you and hope i will not need a tow ever again but if I do it will be with you guys. THANKS
This was the best towing service I could have imagined. The driver was very knowledgable about mechanics and went above and beyond to get my car running without towing it to the repair shop!

Called and ordered towing service with ETA 30 min. After half an hour i call them back and they said another 40 min. (They never even informed me that it will be a delay and im staying on the middle of the road). So after another 40 min i called them again and new ETA to wait another 45 minutes! So disappointing. Negative

Scott A Had a great experience. Driver (Ross) was on time to tow my boat and trailer from Felton to Scotts Valley. Brakes/Wheel were frozen and the boat was too high to put onto the flatbed truck/ trailer. Ross could have just said too bad so sad, but instead went above and beyond to get the tire unfrozen so it could be towed. There was some McGyvering that went into the job. Ross was patient and determined to make it work if possible, and we met with success. When I tried to give him a tip under the table he politely declined. Great customer service, and seemed a genuinely good guy! Additionally when I called the office to give a verbal attaboy, both women who I talked to on the phone were polite. If their service is like this all the time, I would highly recommend them.
I didnt have to talk to the dispatch since the CHP called for me. As for me, my van was stuck in a drainage ditch off of Highway 9. CHP said they will be here within 20 -30 minutes. I cant beleive he found us in the mountains in 25 minutes. The driver was awesome, professional and very reassuring. He had to do some very unique lifting to get my van out of the ditch without causing any additional damage. Thanks!
Wow, called this company and the man on the phone was so rude. I tried to explain our situation and he stated how are you gonna pay! Not interested in scheduling or accommodating us at all. I was gonna use them but his rude attitude made me decide to tell him I would get right back with him and before I could get the words out I heard him hang up on me! Life saver? Highly unlikely.
Called to have car towed guy was rude said he has someone out on medical emergency that he had nobody to help me... So you only have one tow truck??? And if you couldnt help me whyd you answer your phone??? Lifesaver my foot!!
The man who answered the phone was terribly rude and just hung up on me all because he said I mumbled. Rude people I dont get it. Its a service company with no customer service.
Horrible customer service. I called to see if they could check theyre inventory in case if they had towed my car and before she checked she imedeiately said no and hung up on me. I had to call back about 5 more times & she then threatened me. Just horrible service.

Guy on the phone was one of the rudest I have ever spoken to (and I talk with tow companies for a living). Judging from the previous comments, it has been that way for well over 3 years. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys, the person answering the phone will just make some snooty remarks and hang up on you.
