Great service as always! Mike and his team took care of my windshield replacement needs very smoothly - I arrived, they moved out the cars they were finished with, and immediately started to work on removing the old windshield while simultaneously prepping the new windshield which was already sitting at the shop. Out with the old cracked windshield and in with the new - it's like seeing in HD. I've been returning since 2006 for new window tint service, no issues and they back their work proudly.

Tinted my Kia Soul on Sept 9 2020. The entire experience with Quality Auto Glass & Tint was phenomenal! Received online quote promptly and the price was good ($150 below the most expensive quote, and $25 above the cheapest). Scheduling appointment online was super easy. Showed up 8:30am, spent 15 minutes on paperwork and selecting the shade of tint. Went to run some errands. I received a text msg 10:30am saying my car was ready. Picked it up and it looked great. Received an email later that afternoon from 3M with my lifetime warranty. I went with 3M Ceramic IR, 70% on the front doors, 15% on all windows to the rear. The tint is very clear and there is no glare or distortion. After waiting a week, I rolled down the windows and was amazed at how tight they were able to get the tint to the top window edges. Excellent work! Special note: I messed up and missed my original appointment. I called Mike to apologize, and he was totally understanding. He said no problem, just go online and make another appointment. Great customer service! I'll be back when I get my next car.

The crew over at Quality is top notch. This is my third Audi I have left with them to get tint and have always left happy. They always do great work and take their time where it counts to make sure the quality, fit and finish is top notch. Mike always walks me through the different tint options and discusses the pros and cons for each without trying to up-sale you or take you out of your comfort level. They are a certified 3M dealer which is the only product i'll go with due to their lifetime guarantee and they stand by it. I'll continue to take my cars here as long as they're around and recommend this shop to anyone who is in the market.
