I needed a new radiator on my Tahoe...they quoted over the phone and suggested cap and hoses at the same time was prob a good idea at 170,000 miles. I agreed. They did the work on time and to the penny on the quote. The best part of most repairs is noooo surprises. Put a few hundred miles on the repaired Tahoe and it's running great! Friendly and professional staff. I'll be a repeat customer.

Passenger side head lamp on my Hyundai Genesis stopped firing. My first course of action was to show it to my standard service center at Dublin Hyundai. They wanted to first run a diagnostic ($240) and if the bulb was gone, the estimate was $500 for an ‘OEM’ replacement. Plus labor to fix. And I would have to leave the vehicle behind. Something about Genesis headlamps being advanced with a computer on board to control etc. I knew it was BS. Went over to AutoTECH San Ramon. Original Philips headlamp bulb and labor was about $250. Jason and team did a super quick turn around and I was out in half hour! Awesome! Super friendly too!
I appreciate the transparency. Though the labor cost is higher than average ($250) the service is top notch. It’s great that they offer pictures and explanations in an email so you understand exactly what is going on with your vehicle and how they’re fixing it. It’s more reassuring than other mechanics who give you a vague explanation without any visual or written data.
