Wheel Works in San Leandro

I wish that I could give Zack and the team at Wheelworks of Walnut Creek 6 stars! They handled my late arrival, and replaced my tire with excellent skill and professionalism. I would recommend them highly!!

My regular place for oil changes. Quick service and clear, responsive communication. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately this Wheel Works location forgot to tighten the drainage bolt after doing a routine oil change, which caused a huge headache for me during the Christmas holiday season. My car started to leak engine oil, and the leak caused several check engine lights to turn on, including a check emission light. I had to bring my car into the dealership in order for them to diagnose and fix the issue. I am still waiting for a return call from the manager to address this issue. Furthermore, they quoted me something like $800 to do my rear breaks, and the dealership was able to take care of it for under $400. I would avoid this Wheel Works location at all costs!

Nice, but slowest service ever. It took 3 hours to change my flat tire. After that, the cashier did come and go all the time, keeping me in the office.

The representative who assisted me, Diego, was professional and informative regarding the service I received and another service I inquired about. Additionally, there was an advertisement regarding a discount for services that ended on November 10th but was still on display in the store. I inquired about it, especially considering it was still on display, but Diego explained that the sale had ended and I noticed later when I returned to pick up my vehicle that he had removed the sign, which was good so others are not misled. Although I did not receive the discount, which would have been great, Diego did explain that there was likely to be another sale to occur later in November. I was disappointed that I missed out on the sale because I had to pay full price for two new tires because missed the sale by a few days, but, I appreciate the service I received. And now that I'm thinking about it, I scheduled my appointment during the time of the sale so it could have been honored :)

Everyone is helpful and friendly and they did a great job. I buy my tires here and come here for car repairs. They’ve been thorough and they’ve always done a great job. I highly recommend San Leandro Wheel Works.
