DO NOT SHOP AT O'REILLY!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! The service is mediocre at best. Most of the employees seem not to be happy to be there at all. They put the minimum of effort into helping you. And when you use your phone number for warranty use and to build up points, most of your purchases don't even show up in their system. I went there to get a warranty replacement part for something I bought a few years ago. The part clearly failed. I gave them my phone number so they can look up the item in my purchase history and there was less than 10 transactions in my customer profile. They have no record of my purchase. Therefore I was not able toto get a warranty replacement on the part I desperately needed to get my car back on the road. So I had to buy a new one. But I refused to buy one there at O'Reilly. I went to AUTO ZONE and bought a lifetime warranty part there! I would much rather give them my money. They have a great mobile app with ALL of my purchases and a list of all the parts that have warranties. It tells me if the warranty is active or expired. They also have a much better rewards program. O'Reilly, you can do much better! You lost me as a customer and I will always recommend Auto Zone or even Temu before I send people to any of your stores! So much for offering lifetime warranty parts when your customers can't even take advantage of it. I only gave you one star because 0 is not an option.

The manager was not helpful at all. the commercial department was closed and could not process payment by accepting the company check through the retail side! At the end of the day, the money from retail and commercial is added to the stores revenue! I drove in 45 minutes of traffic to deal with negativity. The female manager on duty didn't have a name tag on, was rude and not approachable, and how she got promoted is beyond me. I am also a manager for an auto repair shop. The attitude across the board should be approachable, friendly, and helpful! Doesn't matter the location. She treated me as if I were a criminal trying to falsify a company check to purchase a part! The computer system has our information, which matches the information on their computer system. If she really wanted to, she could have called my boss, which is something I would have done for verification. I hope and pray I never ever have to go to this location for anything! The young, tall Hispanic guy was more helpful and approachable than that rude, so-called manager, district, or regional managers should reevaluate their managers in this store, particularly this store! I buy parts from O'Reilly often ( first call). Because I'm the front-end manager, I can order more elsewhere where managers and problems are handled in a more and expected way! I understand that managers should be firm and strong minded and get walked all over on, this manager, says no to everything and walks away, no eur contact and no talking to her to ask for a solution! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
I got here bright and early right upon opening. I got the headlight that I needed and realized the other one is messed up too. so I went back in and asked the lady for help to identify which is the correct lightbulb. She said she cannot leave the front counter in the store. After confirming that the customer had left, she said she would help me get the correct headlamp. Only for another customer to walk in and her to walk away. She came back and told me to take a picture and then she could help me. The other other customer decided to take a very long time so I had to leave because my time is limited. When I asked another employee, if they could assist me, they said they don’t work on the front. It’s not their department he can’t help. It was very rude and abrupt. The way he spoke. Customer service does not appear to be a priority at the store. I love O’Reillys because of their warranties, but this store definitely needs some retraining of staff.
Who's the moron that authorized removal of multiple phones at the hub? The phone now rings forever and ever before the employees can reach them. Honeslty I usually just hang up. I'm sure someone somewhere understands the business basic that time is money. "Other places" are able to answer their parts phone lines promptly or at least with ok-ish urgency, not saying your employees aren't trying. I know they are, but I also know that place is massive and the volume of calls for parts is extremely high. The current team there (in the hub) is the best ever..... but how many phone rings would you like me to hang on for? I have no qualms about anyone in the hub, they all do very admirably. As I said, they're the best team that place has ever had, hands down above and beyond the prior monkeys that ran and worked the place. I'm complaining at the upper management that removed the phones. I guarantee your sales tickets are less, transfers and shipping out is less, payroll is higher, productivity is lower, less communications, probably more mistakes, and on top of everything you're running your team harder. Not smart to pinch pennies on the phones. July is the best. Anthony is the best. Art is the best. Sabrina is the best. If you want them to do their job and earn you your bonuses give them all the tools they need and maybe some raises. It's 2024.
I am a mobile mechanic here. I went to disposal oil at 9:40 PM on December 3 and Luis did not want to help me because he said they only do that on the day time because of people. They had 3 employes and there was No line at all. This was the worse attending I ever had on O ralleys chain. Laziness, owner get attention to you manager the mechanics are the ones who stand for your business. No coming back to this unit.
Omg I wish I could put 20 stars this guy named Erick and his trainer named Josiah are the most beautiful people My armrest broke in my car I got so many bruises and stab wounds on my arm from the nails But Erick from this store said he’d fix it for me .He offered to help me and fixed it for me in five minutes . Folks it’s no accident that I’ve never been at this store b4 Btw , they didn’t pay me to say this either ! But just know there’s still some good and very nice people in this evil world ! these people were truly raised well and right I cannot thank your both enough please managers you must give them a raise ,as I hope more people will see this and bless them by shopping here
This o'Reilly store is always on point. Some real good employees, Frank, and Rita are the best. I always get what I need when I go in there.
Very bad service. The lady who always calls herself the store manager doesnt know about parts... I always have to go back to return wrong parts and instead of changing them she wants to sell me new parts and wants me to keep the wrong ones... incredible! In addition, I see how he yells at his employees, taking control of the minutes they have left to continue working and making them interrupt their customer service as long as they leave. . Very unprofessional of her!
I have called this store three times. At first, no one answered my call. In the other two, an employee who identified herself as Haidy answered and told me that she was too busy to help me look for the parts I needed and that she would call me back as soon as she could, but she didnt take a note of my name or what I needed, she only asked me my phone number. He NEVER called me back. The next day, I called again and the same employee answered me and told me again that she was busy and that she would call me back, once again she did not ask me my name or what I was looking for. After 45 minutes another employee (he had a mans voice) called me asking me what I needed to which I told him that I no longer needed anything because I found it at another auto parts store. Bad service from the employee who caused OReilly to lose a customer this way.

I come to this store all the time everyone is very helpful although the lines are worse then walmart. But other then that very little complaints other than one guy there, older short guy his name is luis very unhelpful and has no respect for his customers talks as if we dont know what we are talking about or as if he knows it all and instead of offering a solution or helping guide in the right direction he just tries to get you out of there as fast as he can.
Had to wait 31 minutes in the checkout line (not exaggerating, checked with my phone), thats a record in my 42 years of life. 8 registers but only 1-2 open, 3rd guy I saw in there didnt seem to care about maybe opening a 3rd, then went on break. The other 2 also didnt care in any way about trying to speed things up, when getting parts for people they hardly could have walked much slower. I had to get what I was there for, no way to drive elsewhere for it as my car wasnt drivable otherwise before going on a 12h drive right after...will never come back here.

This place has the worst customer service, waited in line for 30 minutes and the employees were very rude and I will never go to this oreilys again. They should have employees that like their job and have better customer service skills.
Dont bother going to the place. I went to return an item and was met with a certain hostility right from the start. I was given a long explanation for why an item couldnt be returned. I walked out and right into another store nearby where the item was returned no questions asked. Save yourself some time. Choose an alternative O Reilly Store.
Try going to the one on S White road. The only good thing it closes late.

Unfortunately we do not have many other options in the community, these companies, OREILLY, AUTO ZONE, even other small auto parts businesses have gone bankrupt, these companies have cornered the market and now we are paying the consequences, with the bad service they provide, most of their workers are very despotic, shocking, rude to the customer, thanks to their customers the workers have a payroll to collect, neither supervisors nor store managers see this problem, they are just as despotic. Its my comment

OReilly, a very good parts store, very clean, they do give very good service, only when they get stressed, the kids who serve are very explosive and treat customers with the tip of their foot, but the other staff is very good.

Although I was at one of the busiest O auto stores in San Jose, they always have what and that includes parts for a 2000 BMW 528i. Also, Ive never experienced anything other then polite accommodating customer service.
