I was coming in to get a simple break light bulb replaced. The front desk girl seemed new and didn't know much, but I asked if it could be installed, and she said yes. Once I purchased the bulb, she sent me on my way, and I reminded her that I needed it installed. She went off to ask someone else, and the guy just shook his head no. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. She then proceeds to someone else who doesn't want to give her the time of day. Suddenly, the previous guy says he's going to do it and informs me that he's going to learn how to do it right now because he doesn't have the training. I know this is just a taillight, but these are cars that you are working with, and the lack of training is unacceptable. Sure, these employees could have handled the situation better, but the root of the issue is lack of training and no support from your upper-level staff. You set these new hires up to fail, and because of that, I will NEVER come back to this autozone or any autozone for that matter.

Malachi and Thomas were so amazing in helping me replace my windshield wipers! They even offered advice for me to fix my windshield (it has a tiny crack) - recommended the Permatex windshield repair kit- this will save me 100s of dollars later. Excellent. Fantastic customer service. We found our guy very helpful, checking out our check engine light cause. He also gave us concierge service finding the correct wiper blades. This is now my go-to auto parts store.

I had an excellent experience with Jacob. The service was outstanding—he was incredibly attentive and efficient replacing my car battery, making sure all my needs were met.
