I inquired about a return policy for a jumper. Some heavyset lady lied and said I could not return it. Which is a lie, or misinformed at least. Then, SpongeBob's driving instructor failed to give me my receipt as if I didn't know that I can call customer service tomorrow and get this thing returned anyway 😄

Recycling oil is good, not taking the containers and letting us figure it out is not a great touch. Especially when people constantly leave their oil in front of the front door illegally and you’d have to take the container then. But for the folks that do it the right way, they have to get back with dirty containers and dispose of them. Weird?
They sold me an used oil, and their manager (Darek/Derek) told me a lot of bad things, and they did not make responsible for it.a As a result, I won't come back here anymore. In addition, I recommend to future customer to check item before get out of the store.
Came here and buy a battery for a motorcycle and it was the wrong size and came back at 9:59 and was told I was too late to return it. The manager some young kid who doesn't have a heart because the battery was too big for my motorcycle so I needed to return it to get some propane for tonight and the manager decided to stop at me and not returned my item because I was late even though I was here before 10 the store does not specify that you have to be in the store by a certain time and making a last purchase by a certain time so as he was counting money that he could just gave me I'm going to freeze my buns off tonight because I won't be able to afford propan that I need to keep warm and dry tonight. So to the young kid thank you for having a heart and working a little extra hard for your company and maybe one day you will learn it's about the people not about the time or the rules.
Rushed to this place, ran red lights, narrowly missed a slow-moving prius, and argued with my girlfriend about why I needed to go there. All I desperately wanted was to get a part for my car to be mobile and have options and made it 6 minutes before closing time. Awe what a relief! I could relax now, take two breaths and go in to get my part. 🙂 But then to my surprise, they closed more than 6 minutes early!😬🤬What an inconvenience for me just so these lazy a$$ workers can get a 7-minute jump on going home. Unbelievable!!!! 🤨☹️😬🤬😥

My husband went right before they closed for an emergency!! It was raining like crazy and his windshield wipers broke . Autozone was still opened and he went in and talk to an employee about his situation , the employee pulled up his car info and told my husband to get the wipers to confirm and as my husband headed back the Autozone employee closed and locked the door on my husband and left him standing outside without helping
Auto parts store, with usually depleted selection.
So the staff while helpful are less than knowledgeable. And this required multiple trips because of the issue.

When you speak they leave you on hold for a long time and I went and dialed and they counted me and put me on hold and seeing that there were no customers

I had some parts to return and unfortunately didn t bring my receipt so the associate said she couldn t help me. She said she couldn t look up my return with a phone number. I called customer service and America Leyva was able to email me a copy of my receipt s within a few minutes. I went back into the store and this time Gloria assisted me and she provided outstanding customer service! She was helpful, kind, professional and processed my transaction instantly. She smiled the whole time and it showed that she is very compassionate about her job. Thank you Gloria! You rock! FYI this was for Autozone 4096
CHECK AMAZON FIRST. AutoZone sells parts at double to triple the price on Amazon. I went in to buy 4 kyb shocks for my pick up. They charged me 320. I went home and looked on Amazon and I got all 4 for 150 same brand. I had to return the ones I bought at AutoZone. This is just one example I been ripped off multiple times.

Bad service, they don t helped me to get the right battery for my car, even I had return another battery 3 hours after that I bought it, and they did not want to receive this back, although I never installed it in my car, telling me you bring the battery in bad conditions and even they tested it and looks like if I use it, but honestly I never septup this in my car, finally another person tell the casher ok give the money back. I m really disappointed in this store

Worst AutoZone of all ever been. The store is always short hand with staff, they are slow untrained, members sometimes are rude to clients. Hopefully someone from the headquarters will realize it. When I can I avoid to buy parts there, the only reason I came is because it is the closest to me.
I ve been in the line about 13 min. I m the store I counted 5 employees and line about 4 ppl on the line and no one cares no one CARES I m buying 4-5 times a week my car parts from this store BUT this is last time coming to this store.

I dont know why they put people to work who dont know how to do their jobs, especially at the Curtner store in San Jose, of all the stores there, none of them work, its frustrating to go to that store.
Ill be ready to serve you with good spare parts and accessories, and there are quite a few. The only thing missing is faster and more experienced personnel, since many kisses give identical parts.

Employees here seem very disinterested in helping customers. 4 or 5 employees, maybe more, and not one of them offered to help me while I stood at the counter. Ill avoid this location in the future.

Certain employees may be knowledgable about cars but way more of the staff are way too casual talking to and around customers -- no professionalism. Would not recommend spending more than 5 minutes here shopping. If you do need some help or prefer a longer, pleasant store experience, go to Napa Auto Parts.

Guy working Tuesday night April 27 as cashier is extremely rude , insulted me and my car told me to leave so they can close store early , I will never come back here worst experience I had by far Cashier guy has a attitude problem and needs to be evaluated by management I will be coming in to talk to management prior my trip to this store If u need something from autozone this is not the 1st place to go unless you want your time wasted
Came across town to do a curb side pick up for a couple parts and since it was the only location with party I needed that was in stock to get there and find out they cant find none of the items. So if that wasnt inconvenient enough, had them check inventory and direct me to a location with part I needed and asked if they can call to verify party was there so I dont have to go through the same situation and said the location was to busy to answer so ended up having to just drive out another 15 minutes thank God that they had one part I needed but still was left missing something I needed but will go to OReilly to purchase now

I have been to this place three times , the first time I went because I bought the wrong item so i needed to return it and get the correct item, and The woman who helped me was so rude she asked me a question and then when I tried to answer she walked off and acted as she couldn t hear me. The third time I went I asked the gentleman to help me find which battery my clicker for my car needed and he just pointed to the batteries and kept saying I don t know. Customer service is terrible here.

I needed to replace the battery in my car fob and the two young gentlemen at the desk went above and beyond in making sure I had the right battery. They even installed it for me so I wouldnt have any problems with it. It was refreshing to find old fashioned service with a smile from such young men. (I was there 8/4/21 at around 9:30 am...)

I never experienced discrimination till today they refused to serve me for unknown reason I upset and I throw some items in floor it s frustrating that they are same color as you and even they discriminated because they lazy to not perform their job correctly or lack of knowledge what serious going on with the cashier, I was against having robots as cashier but I think it s best as they don t see you different or hate you for unknown reasons do not buy in there no more especially if Alex and the young lady are in front cashier they will hate you for no reason. And forgive me for towing the items in the floor but they force me to live for no reasons . I was only going to purchase a oil removal tool and some oil but seems that they don t want our money and business even then I spend thousands of dollars in their store buy online even of mess local shop I don t care no more.

Negative if I can, before purchasing I specifically asked if I can return if open package and was told as long as I have the receipt I can return. 20 minutes later after I found out the part did not fit my car and I tried to return it, the manager refused accept the return. I immediately opened the dispute through my credit card company. This place is a joke.

I go to the current location to get my part and they say they are closed for cleaning until 4 pm. It was 11:30 when I showed up. The short lady that works here, is super lazy and has an attitude. She doesnt even want to help us locate an item for us. Only gave us a number we had to look on our own. Hire better people auto zone!

Went there to get a new battery and had the pleasure of working with Mauricio. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They werent able to replace my battery (hybrid) but! he did provide me with all the info I needed to get the correct one and suggestions where to get it installed. He even personally jumped my car so I could get to my next destination. Excellent customer service
