Thank you, Arthur, who courteously and skillfully jumped into action with my truck, had a totally dead battery and was blocking a left turn lane adjacent to the store, to get the truck over to AutoZone for a battery replacement, phew! Then off I went on my way. Arthur, you the real MVP
I came to the store. I was looking for a kid to fix my son's tube for his bike. One of the workers told me they don't have 1, but it shows that they do have online. So I went ahead. Look at their aisles and I did find one I do recommend the manager 2 educate his workers. What do they have on? The store.
Got in there looking for an auxiliary battery replacement. Parking should not usually be a problem and we got a spot right across from their entrance. We had already requested to put a hold on the battery before getting into the store. Martin helped us with the battery search and as well tried looking for a socket that we needed for the battery studs to host the auxillary battery. Was a quick turnaround and definitely recommend their store and the customer service that they have to offer.
This is the BEST of the BEST Autozone that I have ever been to. I went here today to get a new battery for my girlfriend's car and they were so professional here. They really know their stuff and even installed the battery for me so I did not have to do it! They are professionals here who care deeply about customer satisfaction and they did a GREAT job! I will say that this is the best Autozone in the Bay Area and has excellent technicians. They did the battery installation in literally 5 minutes and it would have taken me an hour. THANK YOU AUTOZONE!!!!!!!
Ruben was very helpful today finding a bundle of oil and air filters along with the Mobile1 synthetic oil that I needed for our Lexus. The prices are a bit higher than big box retailers but the selection is much better here. I would recommend this AutoZone is you need product and shop recommendations.
They're great and friendly and always ready to help. But the prices could be better. Actually the AutoZone on Almaden near Walmart has fairly nice employees. Kind of ready to have an attitude off the bat. Maybe it's cuz they're young but I've dealt with plenty of awesome younger employees so it must be they're not happy with their job.

Good and fast service
Absolute horrible customer service. They sold me the wrong part and then refused to exchange it for the correct part forcing me to purchase the part a 2nd time. Mind you my exchange was still new and in the box, uninstalled, never used, because.... well.... it was the wrong part.......

I order some parts for pick up at this store, Maps says they open 8AM, I was there at 8:35AM and it was closed, i wasnt the only customer asking themselves why are closed? So, its very disappointing that we cant trust in the store open hours, and we need to hope its open at the hours they supposed to be open, because isnt the first time with this issue, or maybe I have a pretty bad luck choosing the bad days to go to this store.
It is an auto parts store. Most items have stock of some kind on the shelves and the workers behind the counter are so helpful, well offering services they are required but to be so chipper in the rain. Those 2 cars needed wipers bad and it was pouring.

They were wonderful and helped my twice getting my steering wheel cover on correctly!
When my engine light came on the store gave me an OBD meter and after simple plug in thats five seconds.....the diagnostic showed replace oil control valve OCV. Auto zone rep printed this out and technician quickly got the job on the way.

Fantastic people and service here! They helped test my car battery and diagnosed the failure reason even though the store is busy. I would recommend it to everyone who has trouble with the battery.

Some of the rudest employees I seen, came in to ask a question and was greeted with rudeness. The lady that helped me out kept rolling her eyes at me as I asked the question. Decided to just leave since it seem my question was a hassle to them.

Very good experience getting and installing a new car battery. Dropped by one afternoon, they had one option in stock but he suggested a cheaper option at a nearby Autozone or they could order for tomorrow. Jose installed it the next morning, was very polite and professional. Im not a car guy so watched Jose do it. I was surprised at how many brackets and such he had to remove to replace the battery, and happy I didnt try and do it myself. Highly recommended. Update Jan 2019: battery failed so went back in. The guy verified it was under warranty and replaced it for me no problem. Still highly recommended.
Wondering why I didnt discover such a great auto parts store long ago. I got a part, met a wonderful store manager, Chris. Excellent customer service and advice on choice to make. Many options to choose.
Bad customer service
Called early in am for a specific car polish that no one had. Part put on hold for me. It was still there near store closing time. Looks Like they have a bigger inventory than most. Only problem, they are hard to see at their location, on Almaden Expressway.
The tore was clean and well organized, but the customer service was a bit lacking.
