Gumby and Oscar are absolute lifesavers. I had a flat tire and couldn’t make it to the shop, but Gumby took time out of his busy day to drive out and put on my spare so I could get there. Once I arrived, they took care of everything right away—and didn’t even charge me for the labor. These guys saved my weekend. I’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 experience

These guys change out my winter tires in the fall and spring. I ask for wheel balance and alignment every time. The service is excellent and the car drives better every time I get it done, so much so, I'm almost tempted to treat wheel balance and alignment like a trip to the barber and get it done twice a month.

I highly recommend Toscalito! They were kind, informative, and super efficient. I've come to them with plenty of car needs (tire replacement, brake check, oil change, and more.) -- Every time, they go above and beyond to make sure other parts of my car are safe and fully functioning. Prices are fair and they will communicate which updates are critical versus nice-to-have for those on a budget. They will also take the time to explain the changes and answer any questions, no matter how basic. I will be continuing to come here for all my car needs!

EDITING my review: The key to my car was not given to me at check out. I assumed it was in the car since they pulled the car out for me. Well it was my spare that was in the car which is how I was able to drive off. They called me after I was already over an hour away and said they had my key but would mail it to me first thing the next morning and would call me with a tracking number. I've called multiple times over the past 3 weeks and have been unsuccessful in receiving a tracking number. That's because they never mailed it. I've been told repeatedly that I'd get a call back and have heard from no one. I called again this morning and a woman told me she would again call me back with a tracking number. I told her I did not want a call back and to instead put me on hold until she found the receipt. Well that was over 35 minutes ago. My fiancé had to call the service center and file a complaint ticket. ALL FOR A TRACKING NUMBER. You'd think they would want to get someone's property back to them as quickly as possible so as to not be responsible for it. Original review: While on vacation in SF, we came out to a flat tire. This was the closest shop with the best ratings and WOW, the service was incredible. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our trip wasn’t ruined by getting a flat.

Toscalito Is very, very reliable and thorough. They are also incredibly accommodating. I have had so many positive visits to them with various car issues and problems and just basic maintenance and every time , I leave there feeling like they’ve done a great job and I have been treated very well. This particular visit their schedule was tight, but they did their best to accommodate me and they did me a huge favor. I Highly recommend them.

Great customer service and responsiveness. I came in for a same day oil change on a vintage muscle car and the staff were very friendly and accommodating and even let me bring my preferred oil and oil filter. Very reasonably priced labor.

Tim and his team just took care of my college daughters Infinity when the starter gave out. As soon as she arrived he took the keys and called with diagnosis. I am happy to have a trusted mechanic while my daughters at school and we’re away. Highly recommend 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
