A&A Tires in Sacramento

Called to get a quote for some used tires and owner stated that they were $50 each. I arrived at the tire shop the employee said it’s $60 each and I stated that I talked to someone over the phone and they told me $50 each. The owner came and said okay $50 each so I got 2 tired changed and when it was time to pay the owner charged me $60 each and I told him he didn’t charge me the price he told me and he said they charge extra $20 for tire balance and that was a lie

Very bad service they get your money but they are not giving you a good quality Tire I only drive 10,000 miles in the tire is damaged it’s flat

I would give them a zero star. I called and verified they are installing Nexon tires. I know the quality of Nexon tires but they installed some no brand tire. I asked them what happened to Nexon tires he said this tires have better traction. I asked them I am here because of Nexon tires if it was something else I would’ve gone to somewhere else. Please double check your tires before you leave from their shop. This place is very shady

Be aware of the switch of tire brands by the shop without advising the customer. Make sure to insist on the brand you want. Very disappointing!
