I witnessed a transaction today that took me aback. My neighbor, a very hard working single mom who doesn't ask anyone for anything... Got jacked around. Then was talked down to and manipulated... This was the worst part. This company has (had) a great reputation. The new owner better eat some humble pie and remember without customers you have no business. Stop trying to convince everyone how great you are and start focusing on making them feel great. The business was obviously taking care of other customers and the day was busy but... Her 9am appt turned into two trips back and forth to kelseyville and a run around... She was willing to be patient but then your long list of excuses was a work of art. I was a small business owner in Clearlake for 33 yrs. Your reputation is everything. Get it together, be humble and stop throwing shade. Not impressed.
I decided to get tires from Valenzuelas in Lower Lake. I scheduled my appointment, was asked to arrive at 9 and was told it would take around 30 minutes. I waited until 9:45 and noticed my car hadn't even been started yet. I asked if it would be a while and was told it would take another hour, so I handed my keys to the guy behind the desk and told him where my car was parked, and got a ride home. Noon rolls around, and no call yet. I called and the man who answered the phone said he thought I left and was never told by the other guy that I left me keys and would be back when it was done. He apologized and said they would get started on it right away. Realizing that they close at 2, I got a ride back at 1:30. My car was still sitting and hadn't been touched. The owner made a bunch of excuses. I complained and asked him if he could give me a discount. He said, no. At that point, I decided I would just get my keys and find another location. He said I would then be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Even though i was pissed , I went ahead and let them replace my tires. When I picked my car up he told me there was a broken light sensor and replaced it for free, and that was my discount. Lol. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. I will never go there again.
Saturday afternoon pulled up and Pascel was excellent! He offered us a great price on 2 tires and put them on himself. Great customer service. (Which is a rarity these days) But great customer service got us in got us out….highly recommend this place.😎 Definitely will be back!
This is my new place. Just a bunch of young guys who really like working on cars. Took my 2017 X3 there for a brake-job, they have hands down the best prices of any place I've been to in Lake County, Sonoma County, and Sacramento County, that includes for tires too. Really friendly, really welcoming staff, will recommend.
Awesome tire shop. I brought my Mercedes E63 AMG in to get all 4 tires replaced at 4:30pm and they were able to get it done the same day and the car drives so much better now. The price to swap to my tires was very reasonable as well. They also changed out my UTV tires a few weeks ago and did a great job with same day service. Highly recommended, and will be going back to them for any future tire and wheel needs.

Best place in Lake CO for. Flat rate, no run up charges and service is great. Can usually just pull in for air check, but advise appt for any. Had air check and made next appt for tire rotation. Courteous young staff and fast responsable service

Stopped in to adjust tire pressure on the tires I bought there. Friendly and helpful staff took care of my issue quickly and gave me great advice on other mechanical issues. 4/25 Stopped to check air and they discovered a nail in my tire. Fixed in less than 20 minutes and Im back on the road. Friendly, helpful and kind as always~

Wouldnt go here if your cars newer then 2015 they dont have the proper equipment to even fix there mistake they broke our tire pressure sensor on our 2017 and they ordered wrong part dont even have tool to reprogram our tire went flat they have done nothing but cost us time and money dont go here they will screw you over and give you the run around

Awesome! They did a great job and were also very fast. Got just what I wanted at a good price. I like to spend local and I have always had a shop I would go to in any town or city I have lived, I was still running to Santa Rosa for my tire and related needs ,as I had not found my tire guys since I moved up here (4years ago) and at the moment I was not able to drive anywhere let alone SR, so I gave it a try. Very pleased I did and now they have my loyalty, at least till I move to the next place! I would recommend performance tires to anyone looking for those kind of services and to the shop I say Thanks guys! You Rock!!

These guys are great! They always squeeze me in and their prices are very reasonable. I doubt I will ever go anywhere else :) Also, they always put on the tire brand/product they quote, which has not always been my experience with other local tire shops.
Tires were nice price was great had a tire go low next day fixed it for free as promised but sat at shop for almost an hour for flat repair when shop only had one other customer however I will still continue to use this business they have the best prices.

I work full time, but starting out in the area without a savings and a car that needs work, I was able to get 2 tires and still make Christmas happen during a critical time of need was encouraging. I felt safe, was able to fully observe the (excellent) work, timely and affordably. Coming back for the back set and hubs after the holidays. Good work, gentlemen.
