San Benito Tire Pros & Automotive in Hollister

Called in asked for all 4 brakes to be replaced pads and roters. Quoted $450 on the phone. Dropped it off out the door $950 with 2 roters replaced and 2-3 pads replaced. Brakes squeaked when I got the vehicle back. Took it back in they said it would go away and it did but here we are 3 months later and the brakes and squeaking at every stop just as before. Just upset i wasn't properly quoted to begin with and hit with double the price on the back end. I wouldnt even be mad about it if the workmanship would of lasted.

1st time taking truck in they forgot to put grease zerks in lower right control arm and ball joint. They decided to keep them for themselves even though I paid for them. 2nd time taking truck for brakes they charged me for bleeding the brakes and THEN told me front brake hoses were cracked. 3rd times the charm, my truck has been at their shop for 4 days and they have yet to even touch anything. Overall it seems like they cut corners and love to scam people. Definitely do not recommend.

Great place all the way around! Great mechanics and excellent Customer service from all team members! I had a problem with my car from a local mechanic in town here who replaced my lower A-arm bars brakes/rotors in the front and it started vibrating and pulling to the left. After taking it back and forth several times with the same problem he referred me to SAN BENITO TIRE PROS. I spoke with an awesome gentleman named ORLANDO and explained him my situation, concerns and needs on having my car. He was able to work me into there busy schedule and was not only able to diagnose the problem he was able to fix it in the same day where the other mechanic could not do in a week. He also called me the next day to ask how everything was with my car. This place is a great honest place where people care about people! Thanks San Benito tire pros!! Oh I also picked up a nice set of Michelin tires and alignment on the way out got a good deal too. Thanks guy

They’re so nice and very professional. Helped me out to add air to my tires and checked them. Definitely will recommend this place and return if I need new tires.

This place is shady and doesn't respect there clients. Came in for a simple change and asked for a cabin air filter since autozone and O'Reilly were out of stock. Asked before picking up if it was done, they went back and asked, said it was and I said okay thats good because it was dirty. The sales agent then walked back and double checked, a mechanic came out and said he did it but will check again and then he proceeded to say "oh yeah that's dirty", then went to replace it, he said he didn't have the right size and to come back the next time and they will have it. Not an honest team. Not sure if they tried to take advantage because I'm a woman or they do this to all but be warned. If they lie about simple stuff like changing a cabin air filter. What else will they lie about? Shame. Just wanted to support a local business.

I expect better service with the high ratings but unfortunately they did horrible. I drop off my car right when it opened at 7:30am and they didn’t finish my oil change till 4:40pm. When I got there my car was extremely dirty covered with dirt and oil droplets scattered everywhere. I tried to wash off the oil but it doesn’t come off. They also chipped paint off my car. 0/5 would not recommend.
