I had my truck towed last Friday and I was told by the end of the day I would have an estimate for repairs at 5 p.m I called and was told they were staying an hour later to give me estimate and I waited nobody ever called me called back Saturday same thing they will call me back they are on the process nothing and then they wouldn’t answer phone Today Monday spoke to the owner whom assured me it would be done today by 3 p.m He never called then I called by 4 p.m I was told they are working on it and 20 more minutes I waited finally called back and no one answered phone unbelievable so unprofessional starting with the owner I wasted 3 days!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE THEY DO NOT CARE THEY WILL JUST WADTE YOUR TIME I FOUND OUT ALSO THAT INSPECTIONS WERE BEING DONE IN THAT SHOP

I have been going to Hollister Tire & Battery since I’ve owned my very first car! I am always impressed by the honesty and prices from here. My last visit was an emergency brake issue. Israel took the time to explain the diagnostic and the repair process. Even though they were closing in 30 minutes, they still took my car in and were able to fix it (past closing time even) no problem. I believe Luis worked on my car. I’m very thankful that they were able to fix my car last minute. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.
