What kind of shop doesn’t install new parts in the box onto vehicles…. Oh the kind that wants to sell you a marked up part and a bunch of extra charges in labor and that’s why people loose business 🤦‍♂️

German and his Team have always been very professional and meticulous in their work.I will only trust Auto Tech for all of my automotive repair needs and I recommend and refer them to all of my friends that need repairs on their vehicles. I’ve been trusting him with my vehicle for well over 10 years and he is the first person I call when I need any repairs done on my older 1997 Lexus ES300 in fact I’ll be contacting him in the next week or two to have A/C repairs done. German and his guys are the men !! They get it done and return your vehicle repaired , washed and shined up 10 out of 10 rating.

"Take your money and get out of my face!" - German P. Rodriguez, Auto Tech Sercive Center CEO This has probably been one of the most unprofessional people I have had to deal with. I went in because my car overheated and there appeared to be a coolant leak. German told me that it was the coolant flange and a coolant hose that caused the car to overheat. He quoted me $450. I thought it was a little steep given the low cost of the parts, but I didn't say anything since I needed my car ASAP for work. I picked it up after the repair and was surprised by the quick turn around. While driving to work? My car overheats again! I text German and he says he can take a look at it (never mentioning a diagnostic fee this time). Now he tells me it's the tempature housing and quotes me $320. After a little back and forth, he comes down to $290. Despite him having supposedly fixed the issue and already having charged me hundreds of dollars I agree... I assumed he would actually fix the issue this time. I was wrong. I picked up my car a second time. As I try driving to work... my car OVERHEATS AGAIN. Two tows and $740 later, and my car is still overheating. This time I call German, who starts saying he essentially doesn't know what's wrong with my car. I asked him if he can take a look at it again and he refuses. I then told him that he can look at my car again or refund me the $290. He then said he wouldn't do either. Eventually he says he would only refund me the $200, claiming he would keep $90 for a diagnostic fee. Mind you 1) he didn't actually diagnose the issue, 2) he had already included a $40 diagnostic fee in the original $450, and 3) never told me about a diagnostic fee the second time around. I told him that was unacceptable and explained that he didn't diagnose the problem. He still did not want to refund the $290 or look at my car and was extremely rude about it. After receiving a lot of attitude from German, I was fed up and told him I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Shortly after he shouted "Take your money and get out of my face!" and hung up on me. As far as the $450 I mentioned a refund initial but he said that was a different problem, although the reason I took it in the first place was to get my car fixed so as to not overheat. I realize he wasn't going to budge on that amount no matter how hard I tried to explain.

If I could give a 0 I would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! I go in for a coolant leak and got it fixed no problem. I get in the car and notice my vent handle was broken off. I think okay not that big of a deal so I drive off. Then I get down the road and notice I have two cracks in my front windshield. I go back to the shop and talk to the owner. He fights with me about how that did not happen there. Mind you this is my boyfriends car so I am extra observant of everything on it. He says he can’t do anything about it and that I can’t prove anything... really I can’t prove it so that’s basically telling me he knew about it when he gave my car back. I suggest that if you are female you specifically should stay away from here because I guarantee if I was a make he wouldn’t have tried this.

Came in to get a quote, met with the owner and talked over my truck problems. He was kind, understanding, prompt and very helpful. Will definitely be coming here from now on. The price was very reasonable. Thank you German!

Great place to take your car. They are prompt and the service was done right. The pricing is very reasonable. They even washed my car after a tune-up!
