My back window was broken late on a Saturday night and I started making calls on Sunday trying to find a company to come out to repair my window as soon as possible. I contacted Pacific Coast Auto Glass on Sunday and was shocked when the owner called me back within an hour or so of me calling (I didn't even leave a message because I e-mailed him through their website and he still called me back!!). He was extremely professional and told me he would call before 8am on Monday morning with a quote. He called me right before 8am to give me a quote and schedule a time that SAME day to replace my window. Our appointment time was set for 2pm (because that was the time I had requested) and when I pulled up at 2:03 Travis was waiting in his van ready to work. I also asked Travis if he could fix a chip in my windshield while he was here and he was more than happy to. He was so polite, honest, professional, and knowledgeable that I couldn't imagine going with another company ever again. The back window and chip repair came out amazing!! I am more than happy to give this local company all of my business in the future.

Travis was awesome! A nice size stone hit my windshield while traveling on 25. It was so bad that it split right up the center and started to run across the windshield. After doing some calling around and getting quotes, Pacific Coast Auto Glass was the offered the best cost with no hidden fees. He came out the same day and even cleaned the rest of my windows! He showed up on time, and he was very punctual. He did his work efficiently and got my windshield taken care of in less then 1 hr. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he was very tidy. He didn't leave anything behind, it was like he wasn't even here. He did a good job letting us know what was expected, and what was after the installation. Again, he was very knowledgeable. 5 stars!
