I do not recommend this shop, We had a really bad experience with their work, 2 failed transmissions and months of down-time not counting the cost of installation and fluids - The first “Heavy Duty” transmission failed just a couple of months after installation, it took a month for them to diagnose a failed converter, and honor the warranty . I had to pay the shop that installed it the first time another $750 plus fluids - Now fast forward a month and a half later, the “fixed” transmission loses all forward and reverse gears- And Now I’m told I need to wait a month before they can work on the transmission again- Ok, no problem - at the end of the month I called to confirm the appointment is still on only to be told that I need to bring the vehicle to them to conduct “tests” and validate my claim- Well, they must have forgotten that the vehicle DOES NOT move at all and it’s in San Bernardino, the tow alone will cost me a few hundred dollars plus the labor etc. and that’s not really an option - Then I get a very condescending voice mail stating that they are busy with other customers cars and will not work on my transmission/vehicle for at least another two weeks after drop off. At this point I’m out nearly $3500 - The kicker is that if they fix the transmission and re-install it , they want me to pay $750 for their labor and that will be the only way for them to cover and honor the warranty and installation if the transmission fails again.. I hope Arias Transmissions reads this review (Eddie) you need to re-evaluate your customer service and the way you handled the situation and perhaps learn from this. Put yourself in my situation and how would you feel after two consecutive failures and the expense of paying r/r and consumables + months of down-time- extremely frustrating . Arias Transmission, Do better next time. Sincerely , I wish you well and success . In addition, all the installation work was performed by a professional who is super meticulous and has decades of experience and has installed countless of GM and other makes transmissions.

Arias brothers gives you full on details by sending photos and videos on what their working on by far best service place I’ve been to. I’ll continue to bring my car for future services.. Thanks

Brought in my 4L60E for an upgrade/rebuild. I have put it back in my car now and it drives great. These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a small shop and they are busy, but it's worth the wait and the customer service is excellent. Great work for a fair price.

Let me tell you they do great work I had to do a rebuild. They definitely stand by their work. I would definitely recommend Arias and I’ll be bringing my service needs in the future.

Our review of Arias Transmission is WAY overdue, however it’s given me the time to drive my car for a few weeks to “test drive” after service. My husband brought in our Jeep Compass to have the transmission serviced. Eddie was very professional and patient with my husband who always has a thousand questions before laying any amount of money down. He was thorough in his explanations of what was needed and why, he went into great detail explaining what could go wrong because of the fact that we not had it serviced timely. He completed the service efficiently and was in contact with my husband the whole time. The charge was reasonable.we plan to bring our other car very soon.

Frank was an awesome guy! Got to level with me about my car and helped me understand what was going on! Prices are not as expensive, at lease not that i felt like it was. They are busy so i recommend for to make an appointment, but they are good!

Hi! My name is Alex I have recently purchased a 4L60E Transmission overhaul with "Arias Transmissions" and I'm more than happy with my purchase! You can trust them with your hard earned money. I have previously purchased, the same 4L60E Transmission overhaul with another Transmission shop sounding like to what is called Stuper Unique Auto in El Monte and all they offered to me in return was apologies for the lack of fixing my 4L60E Transmission overhaul work. That place ripped me off! for $2,600 of my hard earned money and they offered less in Warranty too! only a 6 month Warranty! not like "Arias Transmissions" a big 2 Year limited Warranty!!! a better value by far! and at a reasonable price "Arias Transmissions" Is a good value for the exceedingly stronger Transmission work! a cut above the rest and now my Transmission works beautiful perfect!!! Now my Hummer H2 runs just like it did when my Hummer was brand new! I love it!!!... I want to Thank you here in this review "Arias Transmissions" for all your dedication in all the hard work that you then offer to all your customers again, Thank You!!!.
