The Young man working at the register was polite and friendly. I bought a windshield wiper for my car and I asked him to install it. It was raining but, he did it. I appreciate him for helping. I hope he gets a raise! (Sorry for not getting the young man's name)

Terrible customer service by the “parts manager”, Henry O. After I purchased a part here that broke i accidentally called a different AutoZone who told me I could come in to replace it. But because it was the wrong location they gave me the correct phone number for this one. When I called this location they told me to come in right away and it was not a problem. Upon arriving Henry, the parts manager refused to assist me, claimed he could not look up any purchase history and even said the other employee did not tell me to come in. He then threatened to yell at me and that he could take me out because he perceived I was “raising my voice”. I tried to calmly explain I was not raising my voice but appalled he was claiming I was lying when he would not even listen to why I was there or attempt to help. After he then confirmed the other employee did tell me to come in he stated he still could not do anything to help me without a paper receipt and that the other store had new employees that didn’t know what they were talking about and said they lied. So I called back the other store in front of him to confirm I had called and to ask if it was possible to look up my purchase history. The other employee quickly realized this store was being terrible to me and told me to please not worry about asking for further assistance there but to come to their store where they would help me even though it was not the original location. Henry continued to harass me as I was leaving claiming he never said the other employee was new and continued with his immature attitude. This whole experience was ridiculous - I would have never driven here had I been informed they couldn’t look up my purchase history, or if they said they couldn’t help and/or didn’t ask me to come in right away. Seriously unprofessional, unethical, rude behavior. I’m still shocked he tried to threaten me and lied to my face so many times in the span of 5 minutes. I’ve come to this store many times before and never had an issue. I, however, realize now why I had accidentally called the Hillsdale location earlier. While at the grocery store earlier I looked up the nearest AutoZone on Yelp and called the first one. However I now see the San Tomas location has been removed from Yelp. I would not be surprised if it was because the reviews are so terrible. The “manager” at this location needs some serious training and supervision. He is volatile, immature, and a terrible representative for the AutoZone brand.

Customer Service Sucks. From cashier to “managers” Fortnite Cashier carrying a Backpack with a cat while working is Unprofessional and not Part Of The Uniform. According to their policy, “If you buy an Item and it doesn’t fit, You Can’t Return It “ Service here Sucks !

I went by today to purchase a new windshield wiper. I’ve never replaced one before and asked for help. The gentleman that helped me(didn’t catch his name) was so kind and didn’t make me feel judged for not knowing how to replace something so simple. He helped me out the best he could in the store showing me how to install since his manager would not let him leave the store. Thank you sir for patience and kindness

I’ve been here a few times for car items, last two for batteries. I have always had a pretty good experience here because the staff are excellent! I would recommend this store first in the area for car related items. Also, their batteries seem to be pretty good(been purchasing duralast gold).

My riding lawnmower battery died after 6 years of usage so I jumped on the ol interweb to see if they are available locally, lo and behold AutoZone had about four of them left just 2 miles from me. When I arrived I noted all the typical new “COVID” signs; I walked in and noted the front service desk was all taped up “like a crime seen” the employee saw that I was carrying a battery and told me to go ahead and lay on the counter. I told him that I looked up the battery on the Internet and it stated that this location had some. He looked it up and said, we sure do and they are on sale for $44. I said sweet!! Because the last one I bought that was the same make and model cost me $150. 6 years ago “this one is brand new not reconditioned and comes with a warranty” Long story short, I was in and out in no time flat with exactly what I wanted with a great price and great service. 5 stars
