My motorcoach lost its tcm and this shop went over and beyond for me 5.5 months they looked for the part had some set backs along the way but never not even once did they give up and I have my coach back working as it should I can't tell you how awesome this shop is if you need any work done see if they can help you first don't wait just go to them

Great place, trusted techs, polite, and take the time to explain what is wrong. They know exactly how to fix it. Good mechanic is worth his weight in gold and about as rare as a unicorn. You find one make sure you treat them right and you get the same in return.

We've done business here for years, John the younger fixed us up with waterpump that I really needed quickly.

Went to North Valley Diesel to have my 1993 Chevy pickup repaired. Called before I took it in and Johnny the owner let me know they were pretty backed up with work and it would be 10 days to 2 weeks before they could look at mine....which was no problem. My pickup used to be my dad's before he passed and had almost 300,000 miles on it. They found 2 separate diesel leaks and an oil pressure switch that was bad. After fixing those items it ran better, but still didn't run properly. So they tested the glow plugs and every single one was bad (no wonder it wouldn't run any more). Now it runs like new again. I highly recommend North Valley and will be going back anytime I need my diesel repaired in the future! =)

guy was very knowledgeable, he really helped out me and my crew, our Allison transmission went out on top of a mountain while we were fighting the Mendocino complex fire, gave this guy a call. He walked us through how to get the part off and he ordered us a knew one, had it ready right when we showed up so we could get down the mountain and back to work! Thanks very much!!

Work was done much faster than I had expected. They were fast, fair, and honest. I put my truck in the shop thinking it would cost around $5000 to repair but they found the problem and made the repairs for $400. If I ever need to put it in a shop again you can bet it will be at "North Valley Diesel".
