Professional and convenient, got my complicated windshield replaced snd recalibrated in a timely manner and returned my car to my home! I highly recommend this business.

Cost is high and workmanship is poor.

Went with a small crack in the windshield. Same size crack remained after the fix. When I raised concern, they said I was shown a disclosure where I put my name. I did not read it and did not sign it. They also did not explain prior to the fix that the crack would exist after the fix. It was a lot of money wasted for nothing. Did not feel like they were showing good businesses ethics.

I am beyond grateful for the quick and professional service I received today from Auto Glass Solutions! The regulator went out on my side window, leaving me unable to roll up my window in 100-degree weather. Despite the extreme heat, the team promptly repaired my window and got me back on the road. Very fast, friendly, and responsive. Out of all 6 places I called they were the only ones to respond within the day and the only ones to get me in within the week. When the work took longer than expected they drove me home and dropped off the car at my place when it was done. Had an apt today at 10:30 and they never showed up and would not answer their text or phone- Waiting for them and they dont even have the decency to call and reschedule or let me know they are not coming-

By far the worst company I ve ever dealt with. I took in my 2019 Ram to get a minor rock chip repaired. I got my truck back with the whole glass cracked from side to side. They took no responsibility for the damage because the glass was already broken ! I took it to get it fixed, not for them to make it worse and take no accountability for it! The customer service I received from the employee was not something I expected from 4.9 star business. Stay away from this place. They don t care about the customer or your car!

The owner and his crew completed an installation of a new windshield for my company s excavator which is much more involved than just an automobile. They made it very easy to communicate and coordinate the mobile repair and went out of their way to pick up special glass. The installation was done precisely, quickly, and the seals are perfect, leaving the cab airtight like its brand new. I highly recommend their services.

My headlights were extremely foggy and had scratches. I just stopped in to check on cost to restore them. Was very surprised by the low cost so I made an appointment right then. The service only took an hour, exactly what they said and my headlights looked almost new. Even got the scratches out! They are very friendly and professional. Victor was excellent! They happened to have my windshield in stock. From the time I called, they got my windshield replaced in less than 24 hours AND they came to my place! Best price I could find by $100 as well. Would highly recommend. They were great at communicating and professional as well. It was seamless. Install took 30-40 minutes. Lifetime workmanship warranty. ABOVE AND BEYOND service. Top quality customer service. I spoke with the owner Victor over the phone and he reassured me that he will get me taken care of same day. They came to my house to do repairs. I had three windows busted out due to vandalism and I was stressed out due to needing to be at work. His entire team took care of me. 10am phone call and install team was out to me by 1pm. Victor even walked me through the steps for my insurance claim, I have never been in this situation before. Fast response with quote for windshield replacement. Came out following day and completed the job. Techs were very friendly. After service did find some of the cowling clips to be broken and a trim cap missing. Contacted the company after hours via email. Victor immediately responded and said he would get back to me the next morning during normal hours. He did. I explained the situation and my frustration. He immediately wanted to correct the situation and apologized. He heard me out and made it right. Accidents happen but what you do after that counts more than anything and they took care of it. I got a deep chip in my windshield, which split immediately in 3 directions, around 1:00pm. I drove straight into town to Auto Glass Solutions. It took 5 minutes to get an assessment and a quote on a new windshield. The next morning Auto Glass Solutions came to my house and spent about 25 minutes replacing my windshield. So, less than 24 hours from getting a gash in my windshield, it was replaced and done. I am very impressed! Extremely polite and helpful staff. A very professional experience. Best place in the area in terms of windshield and or glass repair. Not only did they help with installation, they cleaned up the broken glass and helped with some external issues. First class organization and highly recommend to everyone. I called up twice and each time they quickly answer, and make each customer feel welcomed. Cannot say nice things about this place. Called them on a Wednesday morning requesting windshield replacement service. Joel promised they would have the new windshield available Thursday and it was. Had it installed early Friday morning at the shop in Woodland in only 40 minutes. No waiting. Great customer service and fantastic warranty. Definitely will return for all of our auto glass needs!

I called on a Monday and they had me in by Wednesday morning at 10 am and by noon the windshield was done. Auto Glass Solutions did a great job, I love my new windshield! Also the price was cheaper than safelite.

We used Auto Glass Solutions to repair a chip in the windshield. They got us in same day we called and restored my windshield back to the original flawless condition. I found myself needing to fully replace a very expensive windshield for my 2017 BMW X4M40i. The dealer quotes were outrageous, $2,200, and Victor guaranteed that my rain sensor and heads up display would work post install and at about half the price of the dealer quote. I gave him a chance and he promptly came out to my residence to replace the windshield the first day I was available. I was amazed and highly satisfied with the attention to detail and the care they took in installing the windshield. He explained the process prior to starting and checked to ensure everything was working properly at completion. The free mobile service was a big benefit as well. Ive been driving the vehicle a few days since the windshield was replaced and it looks great! He will be highly recommended by me going forward.

I highly recommend Victor and the team at Auto Glass Solutions. They restored the yellowed and clouded headlamps for my vehicle. The lights are now noticeably brighter, making it much safer for night driving. They provide a lifetime warranty which also sold me. Don t be fooled by shops or auto retailers that simply polish without adding the protective UV coating. The waiting room is immaculate and comfortable and Victor is all about customer service.

Some bloke broke into my old car for the goods inside. Luckily, all I leave in there is junk! Glass everywhere and driving window gone with rain expected to be on the way. I was directed to Auto Glass Solutions that was in my proximity (near Davis) and could accommodate me the day of my incident. When I arrived, everyone was very friendly. They took my keys and began work promptly. It was finished in about an hour. The window looked as good as new and they also vacuumed a majority of the remaining glass shards for me, which I did not expected. Staff was very welcoming, service was professional and timely. These guys are great. They repaired one of our windshields very quickly on a drop-in basis, and ordered a replacement windshield for our other car. Once it was in, they came to our house to install it. They are professional, really efficient and so easy to work with. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company so we just had to pay our deductible afterwards.

Took my wifes Highlander here for a windshield repair. They did a great job and it was a much better price than Safelite. Staff at the counter were friendly. Now unfortunately Ill have to use them again because my car that is less than six months old took a rock on the highway and has about a two foot crack! Glad I had a good experience the first time because now were repeat customers. Just got home and glass looks great. Was $385 for my Subaru Legacy with heated wipers and eyesight cameras which changes the glass they need. Paid about $360 year or two ago on wifes highlander also with heated wipers.
