Called to have my tire repaired and was able to get my car in within the next 2 hours. Great service and courteous staff.

The crew on Saturday was able to replace my brakes the same day I bought my truck in. They completed the work on time and brakes are working great with no problems. They did make a couple errors on my bill though. They double charged me for a couple of services. I caught one of them and they actually called me the next day because they found another double charge. I think it was a honest mistake and they corrected it quickly. Make sure you scrutinize your bill when you pay! In spite of this I would use them again for future services.

The Manager Christian is doing an Excellent job. I been with Firestone since 2016 and hands down he is one the best so far. Good job Firestone! A++++

Not the greatest, service is very poor waited for a couple hours to get a flat tire fixed when the technicians were not even that busy, in a second time had to wait more than 7 hours just to get a tire rotation and alignment, seriously a regional manager has to talk to these employees. Probably a different branch will have better service, something to keep in mind.

Friendly service but incompetent with supply. I was told to come in the next day at 11 after asking for a quote, arrived on time and was told they were too busy, came in later and was told they dont have the tires they said they did, ordered tires and came in 3 days later to be told they never recieved them. Offered to sell me tires 190 65 16 instead of the reccommended 205 50 16s.

I have had both my vehicles serviced and have had great results. Most recently I had the air conditioning compressor fixed. I have an extended warranty on the vehicle. Here is my experience: The process for working with my warranty company was a little cumbersome, but that was likely because of the warranty company. It took a bit longer than I expected to get the service authorized. However, overall the service and effort by Christian and the team was great and I would not hesitate to return to Firestone in Watsonville. The problem was resolved and I am happy with the results.
