Went for an oil change and they completely overcharged me. I tried to get a cabin air filter and they wanted to charge me $60 when IWent for an oil change and they completely overcharged me. I tried to get a cabin air filter and they wanted to charge me $60 when I went to AutoZone and got it for $20 and installed it myself that’s ridiculous. Also, they did not put my skid plate on correctly on my vehicle, which is a 2007 Lexus a very nice car. How would you feel if your skid plate was hanging off and it got damaged due to their negligence. I don’t recommend coming to this Valvoline they used to be good back then years ago, but now they are Really poor in the quality they give to their customers. Nothing but young kids most of them just standing around talking and shooting the shit. No one experienced working here as well. I would highly recommend you stay away from this place for any circumstance you’re better off doing your own oil change or going to an independent shop. There are many independent shops in Watsonville I will be trying next time. I need an oil change Valvoline you guys suck.

Wasn’t my 1st bad encounter but I thought maybe she was having a bad day so I tryd again a came back but still same attitude very rude customer service. Sad to think that she was a manager as well. Won’t be going back to the Watsonville location an I definitely wont be recommending any of my family or friends to come to this location as well! Great job Rebecca .

My name is TERESA LEE. I use to be a major fan of this place. Not anymore..? You can check my service records. I travel quite frequently so I get many oil changes from here every couple of months. I had my vehicle serviced here in Watsonville, Cali and within several days my vehicle was completely dried out of OIL it had all leaked out!! You know how bad that is on the life of your vehicle and engine. I have a luxurious German car and my alarms went off and I had to pull over due to OIL pressure. My vehicle engine was close to blowing up..??!! I had to get it towed to another Valvoline Plus location to fix what they messed up on Watsonville, Cali. I got it towed to San Rafael, Cali Valvoline PLUS. I was in the Bay Area at that time. IAM deeply saddened this happened and the extra stress I had to incur due to their negligence. When I went in to ask for my money back and expedite the process he quite frankly was rude and obtuse. He also mentioned the paperwork had been sitting on his desk for a month and he "didn't see it". He said he couldn't expedite anything and it was highly unlikely he could do anything.???! He didn't display any management skills whatsoever. A matter fact he was not empathetic at all. He lacked skills and knowledge. Hey can anyone answer this??! Where is CARLOS? I don't have a last name but he use to manage this place. I will not bring my business back unless CARLOS is there? Can he handle my claim? He was a major ASSET to this company Valvoline PLUS for Watsonville, Cali and it looks like simple tasks have been mishandled by MATT and his crew. CARLOS is an outstanding individual he really cares for people and you can tell he means it. Best part is he is a Man of God! Where did he go? Matt needs to go back to school for improvement of his management skills. He needs to further his skills and education and refine himself as a MANAGER , it's a suggestion to upper management. I was traveling through Watsonville and needed an oil change, so I Googled the nearest location & it was a Valvoline. I always go to the dealership however I was at 0% oil life so I was desperate for a “quick fix.” What a great decision! There was no line, and the team immediately took my info, contacted my fleet company for approval, and got to work. The service was quick and efficient—they finished everything within minutes while still takin the time to ask about any concerns I might have. They answered all my questions, were super friendly, and I appreciated that they weren’t pushy with upselling. They truly respected my time and got me back on the road in no time. Great service!! So impressed!!

I’m never going anywhere else to get my oil changed!!! Watsonville Valvoline is the best! I almost ran out of oil…it was dumping out! Robert, the assistant manager, figured out the issue immediately and went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate his professionalism. The technicians were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you, all!
