Very unhappy today, went to get a smog done & when I went to pay they said it will be $108.00!!!! I was shocked because it was not mentioned to me prior to doing the smog. I've taken my vehicle for a smog there before & it was as advertised $59.95 plus certificate. So please everyone get a quote before you get any work done.

Avoid for your cars safety. Went in for an oil change. They said my cabin filter needs change. So they went ahead and “changed” it. I got charged for the oil and cabin filter change. I get home and check on the cabin filter, and nothing was there. Makes me wonder if they even changed my oil. I just read other reviews where they are doing the same to other customers. Wish I had read reviews before going to them because I just got scammed by them too. I spoke to the manager and he said he would sue me if I left a review of what they did to me. Bad scamming operation avoid for your cars SAFETY!

Be careful with this place, been going here for years. Turns out these guys never changed the oil once. Went to a diffrent mechanic and said that my oil came out like mud because of how long it hasn't been changed.

I took my car in for a tune-up, thinking it's needed and a good idea before anything went wrong. Yet, a few days later, the check engine light goes on. I took it back & they said it probably had an air pocket in the fluids & before that, they said it had something to do with the heating system. Well, now it's been a week since then, and the check engine light is on again for the second time. My husband is taking it back tomorrow morning. Let's see what they say tomorrow, I am thankful for the guarantee. All this and $600 🤑🫣

If I could give it zero I would. Have been waiting to hear from the owner! My boyfriend took his truck to get a tune up and since we got it back nothing but issues! The truck won’t stay on. It shuts off when we stop! The horn wont stop going off And they tried saying it’s an old truck and they give issues. My dad has been driving this truck for years before my boyfriend got it from him and never has it gave us these issues!!! If they didn’t know how to work on it we could have gone somewhere else! I get that it’s not an urgency to them as they are not the ones being inconvenienced by their negligence, but this is his only means of transportation. Avoid going here! Plus they OVERCHARGE!! The first technician my boyfriend spoke to said there wasn’t anyone else he could talk-to, to try to remedy the issue. That was on 8/7 after taking it back and them saying they fixed the problem when in fact they didn’t! If they fix the problem I will update. That response they give does nothing! I emailed and still no response!

Biggest ripoff in town. If you want dishonest and getting scam come here. They will also use scare tactics to try and make you pay. The manager is the worst of them all. Rather go out of town for better service. They need better staff ones that don't scam their own town. Save yourself and your hard earned money. Or get a second consultation from somewhere else before letting them touch your car.
