I thought I was buying a new HP desktop and it was ordered. What I got was a referbished HP that was not what I ordered, the wrong model and with no working cord. The staff ordered a cord but it was not the right cord. After over two weeks of stuggleing with this incorrect mess, I finally returned the HP that was forced on me and went to Best Buy to get what I need. Incompetence at store and warehouse. This store is good for buying paper and ink cartriges but nothing more.
The Best Service in town! Great associates they know their store and products, clean Store with fast service!
Whenever I need any kind of office supplies, printing, office furniture or computer-related supplies, Staples is my place to go. Everything is easy to find and their staff are always friendly and willing to help me.
I needed a replacement for an iPhone recharge cable for my car. Staples had a replacement (braided sheath) and a cigarette lighter adapter that looked and felt sturdy, at a reasonable price. A cashier pointed out the spot in the store where I'd find these cables. Very helpful, and he contributed to my speedy completion of my task.
Giovanni at the Watsonville Store helped me and my Granddaughter and was very helpful and kind. I will definitely drive by the store down the street to go there again.
In 2 hours at Staples’ workstation, I was able to complete all of my hiring personnel file documents. As soon as I walked in the responsive and helpful print shop employees assisted me. I used their fee based computer connected to the printer and scanner and was able to color print and color scan all of my documents. Due to how long it took me, as I sat there and responded in real time to HR entities receiving my paperwork, completing new requests, a different worker checked on me. I had been in there for a while. He showed me to the public restroom which was helpful. Among effective, great service, customer service oriented experiences I’ve had on the central this summer, this one was 1. I have ran all of my errands here in central cal after working out at the gym. It’s nice to be treated with the same respect and level of service whether u r in your work clot hes or your workout clothes. Thank u, Staples!
I love having staples so close. They have most of what i need and if not in store it is quickly shipped at no cost. The employees are very helpful with in store shopping and in placing orders.
Printing has become mass consumer, and the a ility of the technician is dependent on the software, so no expectations other than typical. Worst thing the technicians don't speak well, you can't hear them!
Great location and pricing was spot on. Customer service was very helpful!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Staples has been a great place to purchase both office supplies for home and office.
Excellent customer service
The cashiers are really knowledgeable and well informed. My cashier price matched the item I went into the store for and ordered it for me.
Really good service And amazing staff
I don t understand how this is a literal print store and none of the employees know how to print or laminate anything?? Worst staples ever
They have good staff right now and they seem to be doing really good. Attentive to details.
Small selection and hardly any display products actually in stock. Save a trip and buy online. The store looks like kids use it as a playground.
I called Sept. 19 , they do not re-fill ink cartridges.
Good place to find stuff I need
Received excellent service in the printing department. The quality was great, and they were very helpful and patient with all of my questions.
They re Happy to help, good customer service!
Had a home printer catastrophe and panicked due to deadline. The two ladies in the print area worked with me, actively thinking and problem solving, and in VERY short time had my problem printed properly. Friendly, helpful, but more importantly thinking quickly. I will be back ---- they were great! Wish Id gotten both their names.
The gotten better trough time i purchase a desk and the cashier team member were nice and make sure to help me out with the furniture until the car
Ive walked in this store about 3 times in my life, only when I am in a rush and I need something printed. Every time they have an excuse and they usually give me 1-3 hours even if you only need one sheet. They might have a big order but for a big store they should have a small printer to print small jobs for regular customers.
Very clean and neat place to get work done and print outs quickly when things get inconvenient. The staff is wonderful too in all departments. Smiling and greeting customers.
HUGO FERNANDEZ IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE ALWAYS DOES AN AMAZING JOB!
They always greet me when I walk in and ask if I need any help
Very cleane, staffed well and friendly
Need more people with experience. Especially photocopy!
Store shows its age, old electronics, office supply closet look and feel
Staples sells poor quality goods. Go to Office Max instead.
Buying school supplies, they had no bags!!
It was horrible nobody working short staffed
Lady with the braids helped me get exactly what I needed. Great service.
Bad service, I asked for a product and they said they had it but they can sell it for up to one or two days because that is the stores policy because they tell them things and they wont be able to sell it bad, very bad.
Good service
Very nice
The customer facing employees act like you are bothering them when you need help. The direct yes/no answers made me feel like I was questioning my teen age son. I had to pull information from them, and then was made fun of behind my back. Sorry ladies, I could hear you! Please do not give this company another penny. Their staff has no idea how to treat customers.
These people lost a package and now I m $300 out. Thanks a lot Staples
Staples
The sale items were out of stock and the ebdcaps and displays had similar but more expensive replacements.
All of your Home, office, school and copying needs with super helpful and friendly staff
Went there twice with cel broken screen and twice went back home with cel broken screen. Yak
Clean store , great customer service Prices a bit high lol Over all good
Just buy on Amazon. Worst customer service Ive ever seen. They go out of their way to obstruct customers.
The manager is rude and will scam youre here for any type of electronics repair. They claim to have professionals do the repairs, but it is much more likely they have some teen who watched a couple youtube videos fixing their electronics. When I got my phone back, the replacement screen was not as responsive as the original and it was not correctly aligned with the frame. You are better off going to an actual electronics repair shop than getting a botched repair here.
I have had a bad service here and was treated as if a common citizen needed more rights to get a full fair refund. Even if its one staple Im buying from this shop, I would think if the staff messed up at least I could get a full refund. Nevertheless, good staff can be hard to come by but for this occasion a kid knows when he is missing money and scammed. Hope you hire employees with a conscience.
This has to have been my worst customer service experience ever. I took my moms phone to the Staples in Watsonville to get a cracked screen repaired. The manager there told me that the phone would be repaired by the following day. I called the next morning and asked about the phone. They told me that they had not started on the repair yet. I waited for them to let me know when I would be able to pick up my moms phone and I never got a call back. I called the Staples store again the next day and they told me that they were having some issues putting the new screen on the phone. I saw it in person and saw that they had left my moms phone with a gap between the glass and the metal frame. I left the phone in the store for another day because the manager said that a professional technician would come in to fix it. I never got a call or an update on how the phone was doing, so once again I called the Staples store. I was left on hold for 17 minutes before they hung up on me. After this incident I was concerned about my moms phone because it seemed like they were avoiding me, so I go into the Staples store again. I asked the manager if my moms phone had been repaired, and he handed me a phone that was even worse than how I had brought it in initially. The phone didnt have any charge so I couldnt check if it worked. They also didnt fix the gap between the glass and the metal frame. The manager was making up lies left and right. First, he said that they couldnt fix it because the phone was bent and the screen didnt fit right. Then he said that the screen didnt fit because there was some screws missing. The only way screws can get lost is if the person who disassembled the phone lost them which made the store responsible. After a quick charge of the phone I tried to test it and it turns out that the home button had stopped working. Without the home button my moms phone cant be unlocked, making her phone useless. I was clearly upset with the result of this repair and the manager offered me a 3rd party repairman but I asked for a refund instead. He refused to give me a refund because they had already worked on the phone. I wanted a full refund because my moms phone wasnt working at all and they were responsible for fixing it. Finally the manager offered me a partial refund or nothing. I paid a total of $163.85 and ended up leaving with an even worse phone and only a partial refund of $131.09. I have pictures of my original and refunded receipts. The manager slipped a coupon into my bill that was not refundable, I never gave him a coupon to begin with. This store is extremely unprofessional. They dont care about their customers and are very rude. They are thieves and they scammed me and my family, and the manager told me that this is all just business. I will be reporting this event to corporate Staples and to the Better Business Bureau.
Insufficient employees, long wait time at print center. Ughhhhh
Very dissatisfied. Bought a laptop online for 1 hour store pickup. The manager J.P. was extremely rude. The payment was tendered and they refused to deliver goods, issue a refund or cancel the order on account of not having my i.d.
Took my laptop in to get it fixed and got it back with hard drive wiped! Thanks for losing my school work. Not to mention they couldnt figure out what was wrong in the first place
Discovered the online option for ordering items & picking them up within hours which is helpful & cuts away of time spent driving from store to store with my 4 year old in tow...One Stop Office Supply Shop.
Many items are out of stock despite the online inventory stating otherwise. The manager is also very rude. When asked if he would discount a floor model he became immediately snappy and actually threatened to raise the price in response to me asking. Go elsewhere.
Great customer service. Attentive to what I am looking. Prices tend to be a little lower than competitors.
On Monday the manager agreed very quickly to printing copies of a flyer we were handing out to find a missing local little girl. Sadly the outcome was not good. I so appreciated how helpful and willing he was to print copies and post them. I will happily continue to support this staples.
