The salesman Dayton was very helpful, and the financial manager Nick also was of great help going through the paperwork at a hurried pace so I could leave to attend family matters. Both were not overly pushy like some other dealerships I have experienced. Overall one of the best dealership experiences I have dealt with.

On Thursday 2-20-25 I called the GMC dealership in Watsonville it was about 5:30pm I had about 45 minute drive with the dealership scheduled to close at 7:30pm During my drive I was in communication with Richie We explained to Richie the type of truck we were looking for Richie was helpful and was anticipating our arrival with a couple of trucks awaiting us Richie walked us around to show us the trucks we had inquired about The selection of trucks exceeded my expectations Richie showed us a GMC Sierra duramax diesel 4x4 with only 43k miles We took it for a test drive We returned to the dealership The sticker price was good but not within my budget Richie ran numbers and went into an office return back With new numbers The negotiations continued as it was now well over 7:30pm shortly after that a gentleman came out of his office and introduced himself as Blake and said he was here to help us get a truck We went back and forth with the numbers Richie was instrumental in providing different options available to us Once the dust settled we reached a price that was good for us Blake’s professionalism and ability to communicate with us during this deal I knew he was genuine “My reputation is on the line” is what I will remember Blake by Big shoutout to the Team whom made it happen in what seem like record breaking time They stayed late into the night until the deal was closed I’ve purchased a truck from GoldStar GMC Salinas and Cardinals GMC seaside One thing I can say for certain is Watsonville Cadillac GMC is by far the best place to purchase a vehicle Ask for Richie.
