Debbi got me a quote after asking me to send her an email. Apparently she couldn't take the information over the phone. Then I asked for a revised quote, which she provided. Then I asked for final revisions and she said to just sign the second quote and mark the changes. I did that that day and sent it with and email asking how to and when to pay. Then I heard nothing and followed up a week later only to find they had not been ordered and I needed to provide a credit card which I did over the phone. Then the "two week" lead time turned into three weeks and I won't have the windows in time for my project. I had to cancel the order because she couldn't guarantee that a manager could call me back in time to cancel it after I spoke with a manager. And she had the nerve to tell me that she had an email stream showing she kept asking ME for a deposit when actually, she NEVER contacted me and left me to keep following up with her. If you use them... make sure you have two months lead time! I do not post reviews... but her attitude, accusations and failure to help or even apologize was too much for me!

I bought $35,000 of Milgard windows and doors through this company. They were installed by my General Contractor Eric Streig a year ago At this time I need seven different keys to lock my house because these guys cannot get Milgard to link up all the locks. Mostly a Milgard issue, but I fault this company for not trying hard enough to fix this very serious problem.
