I took my Tahoe to be repaired to pass emissions. While my Tahoe was in their possession the side window was broken out and in order to get My Tahoe I was charged for the window and labor.to replace plus the diagnostic fee which I was supposed to pay that wasn't even a issue.BEWARE THEY LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE OUTSIDE TO BE BROKEN INTO AND THEN REFUSE TO PSY TO REPLACE IM SURE HE GETS THE MONEY FROM HIS INSURANCE.

My car broke down when I was working while I was out seeing patients and I was seen in 15 minutes. Had to leave my car over the weekend but it was fixed by 3pm Monday and was given a fair and honest price. Thank you sooo much for your honesty and kindness.

West Coast Auto has been a dependable auto shop for all the cars, despite being different makes. They have always come through with a repair at a decent cost. Carlos is a good mechanic to talk with. He will take care of you.

I had an appointment at 2pm. I was in the day before. I was charged for a failed smog. I gave him my phone number to call me if there was going to be any changes to the appointment. He told me to drive the car for 2 hours before I brought it in. I drove all up and down the 101 and wasted 50$ in gas so the sensors would he warmed up. I did this because he told me to. I wasted a whole day and over 100$. He was there when I showed up but told me he was closing early and wouldn't do the smog. Wasted all of that money and time for nothing. I rearranged my entire day and took the day off from work. So if you add it all up I lost over $600 total. Terrible experience.

It was pretty quick and it went smoothly. The only thing I didn't like was that they quoted me at one price and when I passed smog, they charged me an additional 10 dollars for the certificate. They should have informed me at the time of the quote.
