We had a suspension problem on our RV and we were stuck on the side of the road. Called many RV repair shop, no one could do anything for us. One of them told me to try Watson diesel parts and service. Best decision I made to call them! Even if they were already all booked, they found a solution to help us and Luis us, working overtime and he made the repair on the spot. The conditions were far from ideal (dark and rainy). They’ve been awesome! A special thanks to Johny too, who has been very kind!

This place saved me. I was stranded in my Mercedes van 7hrs from home and Watsonville diesel came through. Francesca is the absolute sweetest, even contacted me after hours to make sure I was okay and really went the extra mile to make sure I got back on the road safely. A+ work A+ shop. The broad on the phone said she would call me back with an answer to my question. And never did .ever . So obviously they don't. Want any business . I'll never go or call that place again . Rude

There are not a lot of diesel shops around Watsonville. This one has a lot of potential but has a long ways to go. I wanted to purchase parts here just to get an idea of the pricing so I purchased a light I needed for a job. They charged me 9.99 plus tax for a light. I literally drove 1 block to get another one and paid 4.99 for the same light. I found it a little expensive but I’m giving 4 stars for having the parts I was looking for. I saw the inventory room and the inventory is huge for a place like Watsonville. I will continue supporting local small business that are good for the community. Keep up the good work and I will change my 4 star to a 5 star rating. I think they should have a small store front with basic materials like lights and fluids in the show room.

These guys came to my shop trying to sell me parts and I placed an order with them. I was on the phone with them several times trying to order a clutch. Long story short after 2 months of giving me the run around I ordered my parts from somewhere else. They never got back to me. I will never do business with them again. I have many exchanged text messages and they lied about trying to reach out to me. They were stalling and coming up with excuses. I have all the text messages to back up my story. They really wasted my time. Don't do business here
