Came in with a trailer light electrical issue. The problem was initially isolated to the brake controller. Diagnostics and new brake controller totaled $371. Ouch! I then went to trailer 2,000 lb of steel, and none of the lights worked. Dangerous! I brought it back in the same day, and the tail light converter was shot. Diagnostics and new converter, $189. I complained that the car was given back to me as fixed and tested. They offered a 10% discount. I could have had an entirely new system installed for less than the two separate repairs. Deeply disappointed in Osuna.

Great place!!! Be for I would be scared of taking my cars to a repair shop because you never know when you will get scam, over charge or even if they will take care of your vehicle problems. until I found Osuna!!! They are honest people and they know what they are doing pricing is 1000000% worth it. Trust me I haven’t taking my car back for the same problem unless it’s for an oil change. Thank you guys 🤗

I had Osuna go through and perform trace work on my car's main body wiring harness. It took them 3 hours to call me and tell me the repairs were completed. I recommend this shop. They take their work seriously and they take customer care to another level. I'm all about supporting local businesses but these folks will earn your business! Pricewise, I cannot complain.

Great long-time locally owned company providing a unique set of product and service offerings. The name says auto electric, but they ALSO do: Small engines (weed whackers to garden tractors) Landscape tools Batteries and auto/trailer/RV electric components, lighting etc. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and really seem interested in helping. I've had them fix mystery problems in my vehicle that the mechanic couldn't, repair and tune up my mower, and test parts to see if they're working properly. Their labor rate is fair, and their service is great. NEVER had a bad experience with them.

Be careful with your invoice. Have been here 3 times over past 2 years and most recent visit likely be my last. Got overcharged for oil change on my car. I had the exact same service done 18 months ago for $80 less than what I was charged this time round. when they realized I was a returning customer (as I asked them to compare my previous bills to this one) they refunded me a portion of the bill due to “ error”.

Special thanks to Ralph at Osuna Auto who was amazingly helpful, fair, and customer service oriented. I called around 4:30pm for an emergent issue and it was taken care of right away!! They even stayed a little past closing time to do a much needed oil change after repairing my car.
