Girl manager to lazy to help look for product
I called with confidence knowing that a fellow sister store can help get one of my family members car started. With No hesitation the manager sent a driver to the location and was able to fix the problem. Thank you team for the help! Highly recommend this staff.
Great staff! Helpful and friendly. Jose J went out of his way to help me with my car despite it raining. He should get a raise!
Prices are going up everywhere, this store is no different. They had what I needed and had it ready when I got there. I didn't like that it cost 10% more but it was cheaper than their competition down the street. The store personal were pleasant and knowledgeable. The store was well stocked and clean.
Young lady (employee) while helping a customer greeted me as I walked in the store. Outside of her greeting me, no other employee acknowledged me as I walked up and down isles. Better service at Freedom location.
Arnie is amazing. He did a basic curbside pickup for me and then saw me struggling to fix my problem and stayed with me until the part was installed and ended up doing it for me. Then he helped me find a fuse that ended up fixing a problem I’ve had for years that the Toyota dealership wanted to charge me a couple hundred bucks for. Saved me a ton of time and money and was so nice. He’s got my family’s business from here on out.
I've already gone in there a couple times to shop for products to do my maintenance wash on my vehicle and when ever I ask for a certain basic automotive cleaning products (boar bristle brushes, iron remover, ceramic sprays ) none of their workers know seem to know what Im talking about. They look at me like I'm an alien or something. This clearly means they don't get properly trained during their training period or they don't get pushed to learn their in store products. Oh I almost forgot, they never honor their shelf prices. Twice I see a product that scans to a different price than the shelf. Either they don't do tag changes or they are trying to full the customer by giving you a better price then charging you more at the register in hopes you don't notice. TERRIBLE. On bright side they are usually pretty good when you need specific parts for you car... But I mean , the computer pretty much does the finding 😂
