Every person I spoke to at Caliber Collision both in the office and over the phone was super friendly. They kept me informed of the whole process the entire time. They estimated it would take two weeks to get my car fully fixed, and it was done a week early. I was able to leave the rental there when I picked up my car. It is not the first time I’ve come to this shop- and they always been extremely helpful and professional. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Watsonville. When I took my car there, someone came out of the office to take pictures and ask questions immediately. The repairs were completed professionally, and the car was very clean when I retrieved it.

Called to tell me the car was completed and wanted me to pick up right away. I was unable to and went the next morning, only to find out the car wasn’t ready and they were still waiting for a part. I had taken off work to pick up car. Total waste of my time and poor communication.

They did a good job on my car they were on time and communicating was excellent I would recommend and come back again.

Slow Service, Bad Service, Manipulative Manager. Dropped my car off after it got hit, was the closest shop under the person's insurance. They said it would take a week. After said week they had not given me an update, I call and they say it will be ready in 3 days. After 3 days they had again not given an update; I call and they say it will be ready in 4 days. I finally pick it up after 2 weeks, and not even 24 hours later my speedometer stops working. I call and tell them and go back in for a rescan of diagnostic report. They tell me the "faults" were there "prior to any repairs." The manager tells me I must've hit something (in the less than 24 hours I had the car?) and that there is a big chunk of the under shield missing. I emailed later, thanking them for the rescan and requesting the pictures they had shown me of the repairs, and they ghosted me, never responded. Took it to the Ford Dealership to fix it, their technicians say "someone has been meddling near left tire" and that the harness was not put back together properly and there are bolts missing, which has caused a sensor wire to rub against my tire. Now $750 later my car is fixed, no thanks to Caliber Collision. Do not go here, they are a scam.

Outstanding work on my front bumper. the mechanics and my customer interface Cesar was outstanding. communication was great and they update you with emails or text, whatever you want. I like that. Thanks caliber collision. Happy customer!
