I shop at tractor supply regularly. I like the store and they seem to have things there that I can't get other places. My issue is the food truck and the amount of people taking up spaces as they sit in their cars waiting for food. I often carry tools or equipment on my truck and these people sit and watch tractor supply customers leave their vehicles and go into the store. As a person that has had equipment taken from his truck I'm very aware of this situation. It just doesn't feel safe to leave stuff in my truck in tractor supply parking lot anymore. These people are food truck customers and not tractor supply customers. Why do they allow this? Its adds a bit of a ghetto element that affects the overall shopping experience here. The Gilroy store doesn't have this. The Brentwood store doesn't have this. Why?
Management is bad. Items don’t get properly restocked or resupplied. I’d rather drive to gilroy to get what I need
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! For starters they have the worst customer service. They will sell you animals that carry illnesses and when they die after not even 24 hrs later they still won’t want to do anything to help you. I bought 2 baby ducks Friday afternoon and by Friday night one of the ducks passed away. I spent over $140 on supplies to bring home to help them thrive and one still died. I called the store back and they made it sounds like they would help make it right BUT never heard back from anyone till I called them back to JUSY to be told that the store manager decided they will not be held responsible and that they wouldn’t do anything to make it right. It’s unfortunate to serve that type of business and I’ll make sure to let people know before they get run into the same issue I did.
We ordered a piece of equipment and accessory this morning; it was delivered as ordered hours later. The delivery person was courteous and left the equipment in an easily accessible spot. Props to this company!
They didn't have the pellet stove in Watsonville, but they (TS) found one in Gilroy, they picked it up, delivered it, took the old pellet stove outside, and brought the new one inside. Two delivery guys were delightful! and thoughtful. All within a little over 2 hours. GREAT customer service!

This store is hidden back behind some other retail and if you don’t know where it’s at, it’s a little bit of a chore to find it. As with all of tractor supply stores, they offer everything from farming to home-improvement needs. I went in for some RV supplies. I was disappointed to find they have a little to no selection. I did find all my needs in the well-stocked pet supply isles. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even have a propane filling station.

Love the affordability and the convinience of whats available. The customer service is also really good. Unfortunately their curbside pickup is THE WORST Ive ever experienced. I called the store and let them know Im parked and waited 10 minutes. I called to follow up and they didnt answer. I waited another 10 minutes for good measure and they didnt answer, again. The other option for curbside is the app so I uploaded the app and requested assistance for curbside, still nothing. Defeating the purpose of curbside, I saw an employee walking by to ask about the wait and they asked me to walk to the back and pickup my item No thank you. I saw there was an option to get the 1800 assistance but I thought Id give them another shot. I called them again and they said were coming! were coming! sorry, we were on break After 45 minutes, I got my curbside pickup.
Not many tractors, but soooo many supplies. Honestly though; Wood pellet bedding is the best price here and great for litter boxes for foster kittens.

Get your garden, farm, pet and DIY level up. Everything this super neat, great prices and very helpful staff. Not easy for any business todo consistently but Gilroy TS does it well.

When it comes to asking for help, I highly suggest talking to the ladies. I just went in there to see the products they had for my Coonhound and was gladly surprised by the open arm welcome. I was first helped by a polite young gentleman and given a mistake product. I ended up coming back right away and getting the sweetest welcome from Veronica who made sure everything was in order and super easy to exchange. Alfonsa came and helped me look at every box and go over prices before we even left the aisle. My coonhound is absolutely in love with them and I will absolutely be back because of them. Even my sweet dog wants to go back to see her new lady friends. Overall wonderful customer service and wonderful employees. Thank you ladies!
Its my local go to store ..nice place you dont have employees breathing down your neck trying to sell you anything.like homedepo. Costco..if you like to look around..in a calm peacefull enviroment come here...trust and respect is outstanding....and they pride in training their employees..they all seem to know where everything is at...at the pricess and weekly sales are nice.if you like outdoors.tools .cars.tractors..this is your place not to mention.animal feed is sold here.they also have vet on cite.i remember their was a line in the back of the store with customers and their lovely pets..kids they sell bany chicks..for a few bucks ..u dony see that too often now days...good luck....

Dont place orders online with this company. Order was placed on Nov 21. Still shows it is in route. Three weeks for a bottle of oil for air compressor. Will never buy from them again.

Best place in the world to buy tall peoples jeans. My husband wears size 38x40. Try finding those in stores. They have to order them, but I got mine in 4 days, shipped free to my local outlet. Great prices too!

Reminds me of what Orchard Supply USED to be when they still had supplies for orchards and farms. If you need to build it, fix it, store it, water it, or maintain it this is a GREAT place. Pricing is competitive, and if youre one who likes to put your hands on it before you buy it, it sure beats ordering blind on line. Friendly, helpful, non-pushy folks wholl let you ponder and think without hovering... and you can pick up boots, jeans and shirts while youre at it! Highly recommended!

Really glad tractor supply store moved into Watsonville. Brand new clean store animal food, clothes mens womans and kids, boots, ducks and chicks, yard tools, welders, mowers, trailers, light duty farm equipment, barging bins, and easy parking Handicap accessible. Reasonable priced right there with big lots, Ross and other discount store but with yard and country stuff. Two thumbs up.

Love the selection of hardware - more extensive than Lowes. Staff is always pleasant and helpful, and goes out of their way to recommend other sources if they dont have what you are looking for. Baby ducks and chickens were terrifyingly tempting to my fiancee last time we were there, but we escaped without a new pet. It is definitely a classic general store approach, which means a little bit of everything. If you need a specific cleaning product or a specific pellet gun or a specific pair of boots then you might be disappointed by the selection, but if you want to check off a lot of items on your to-do list and are not super picky, they are the place to go.

While its called tractor supply it seems more like a supply house for ranches farms and even small animal businesses. They have fence and water tanks and equipment for animal care. A small selection of parts is actually for tractor repair and spraying. However they did not carry a simple seat cushion for a tractor in all their stores.

EDIT: What a difference a year makes, this store has made a huge turnaround. My initial experience was horrible but now the crew is helpful and knowledge. They have really made a change for the better! OLD REVIEW: employees dont care. I asked for help twice and they blew me off. Then at the register the cashier struck up a conversation with a person at the next register and didnt have any interaction with me. This location continues to disappoint.
Always find things we need! My grandson loved seeing the baby chicks and ducks.
