I had gotten my tint done here back in 2018 which I was told my tint came with a warranty and recently my rear window turned purple. Gave them a call to inquire about the warranty and they had told me they switched systems a few years back and lost all their previous record. The only way to honor the warranty is if I had the receipt, from 7 years ago! Very unprofessional and false advertising of the warranty as they don’t tell you that you need to keep your receipt. The receptionist tried to give me a deal and replace the back for 200 for something that is their fault! So hopefully I find that 7 year old receipt or I’m out of luck I guess.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for years, every cars tint has been amazing! With my most recent car the tech was amazing finding an issue with my new car and having us leave the appt to have the issue taken care of, they then got us right back in for the tint to be done.
