ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!!!! I had set up a quote online and the company followed up with a call. At first they weren't sure if they had someone that could work on my vehicle since it is vintage. That is where Ray comes in to save the day. Ray arrived on time and with a very friendly, yet professional, manner. After removing the windshields he had found some issues that needed to be resolved before installing the windshields. Throughout the entire process he made sure all my questions were answered and my concerns were solved. He understood the assignment and put care into the job, as if it was his own vehicle. Since I enjoy working on vehicles he supplied me with the necessary knowledge for future ventures that I may have of my own. He completed the job to a magnificent standard. Would definitely do business here again and would highly recommend. It is also very convenient that they travel to the ones location. This company went above and beyond. Owner is engaged and honest and took care of a wear and tear item for free when our own insurance company wouldn’t. Our new windshield is perfect, installed right in our driveway. Highly recommend

I was driving on the freeway and all of the sudden my hood latch detaches and it breaks my windshield! luckily I was able to come across Ray and his team, who were able to fix it quick! They definitely took care of my needs and in such short notice! I would definitely recommend them!

Incredible service. Came out to my house to replace windshield. I have always had to drive into a shop before as my windshield has to be calibrated. I have defrost and heads up display in my windshield. Jessie was wonderful. Came out early to fit me into the schedule and Ray drove hours to get the correct windshield from a dealership out of town since there is a shortage on our model. I can't say enough about their service. Come to find out the last company broke a part in my car and glued it in place. Yes I saw the glue. So now these guys will be back to install that part once we get it from the dealership. They didn't try to cover up anything like safelight did. These guys are honest and hardworking. We will definitely use them if needed again but I hope we don't have to. Highly recommend this company.

These guys are absolutely amazing! The customer service, professionalism, efficiency, politeness & cleanliness! I called 3 companies to handle this job and everyone put me all 5 days; ultimate Glass said they could do it next day and they were here 1st thing in the morning! They text me an hour before and everything was amazing. I would highly recommend this company and should this happen again I will definitely call them back. You guys are very much appreciated 💜
