Staff is great! Pricing is horrible!!! Not upfront about pricing and way over competition prices. Prices are not posted and you are tricked into getting into line and waiting until it s time to get oil changed. At a point where going somewhere else is not time effective. 50% higher than Valvolene and 60% higher than dealership. Will not return because of this!!!

Fast, friendly. They put me in a line for a bay. As soon as it opened they had me pull ahead. Unnecessarily apologized for the less than 10 minute wait. Had me wait in the lobby for my car. Came in smiling and up beat to give me oil choice and estimate. Same upbeat mood when they came back and checked me out.

Overpriced. Paid $135 for a subaru outback. 5qts. I told the technician I was 65 years old and I never paid $135 in my life for an oil change. But I did it because I was there and I needed it Today took my work van to discount tire. They did 6 qts synthetic and tire patch. $122. I ll never go to Jiffy Lube again. Gougers.

I had to return my car to have all the fluid levels checked after they were marked as full but never actually inspected. It turns out that all the fluids needed topping off or refilling. Additionally, a small item was taken from my car during the visit. I m very disappointed with this recent experience.

I didnt do the oil change. And left. Because I found out they wanted to charge me $175 for oil change for 2019 honda accord Ex The technician told me this is our price. So I called the SIMI valley location and asked for their price I found out that it will cost around $90 max. I thought the thousand oak location is ripping me off. So I left and did the oil change at pepboy down the road for $75.00

Well my visit this time was just to see why my oil pressure light was coming on. Tge guys there are so great they treated me like I was going to get a full service oil change. Got me right in and told me what the problem was within two minutes. I m bringing it back after the new years for them to fix. They do much more than just oil changes. Great group of guys here. Jose was so incredibly kind and helpful. This was the only place closeby open during the fires and high winds and they were absolutely the best service as well regardless of whether or not other locations were open. So grateful for this service quick and easy!

I was enjoying their sevice for a long time . But I never and ever return back because their staff are not polite and somehow rude and they have increased their prices too much for the same service I was receiving. Moreover they do not have some parts in stock like Air Filter . Before they were awsome now they are awful.

service was great but it was more costly then I had anticipated. It used to be that Jiffy Lube was less expensive then the dealership but not anymore

First off, staff was really good and helpful. However, after spending time online to input my year, make and model of my vehicle I was told that the oil change service that was recommended did not exist for my vehicle. The technician explained to me that the semi synthetic $107 options was for normal vehicles and not diesels. Which is fine, but a massive price difference coming out to $175. They did utilize the $21 discount that was offered. But At this point I would have preferred my local dealership as they wash my car for the same price. I felt like it was a clear cut bait and switch. So that will likely be my last time going. Unfortunate.

Would not do the work asked for . Seemed to be beyond his abilities to service a transmission .. wont be back . Too bad because this USED to have good workers .

Very good experience. Two guys worked on my car efficiently. My husband normally tends to this. When I asked some questions they explained clearly. I asked for tire pressure to be checked . Done. I asked for windshield to be cleaned. They did throughly. Very pleased!

The professionalism that SAMMY showed. As well as every other technician there. Is off the charts. It s not just a place to get your oil changed. I have lived in this community for 50 years. I hope for the sake of Jiffy Lube. At this location on Thousand Oaks Blvd. Remains in control of SAMMY and his employees that are there. I will help him financially keep it if necessary because it is very hard to find the type of Professionalism that was displayed. I go there and only there for oil changes if I need a battery anything and they ll help me and not even charge me If applicable. Seriously I am so impressed with just how the standard of customer service was off the charts. As a public figure myself. And a persona that is known. I recommend everyone start taking a second look now I m not speaking about every Jiffy Lube. I m speaking about the Jiffy Lube on Thousand Oaks Blvd. and skyline! And he has a beautiful hound dog there. As well as lives on the premises protecting his business these are qualities we do not find anymore. The indoor waiting area was the only let down of my visit. It was unbearably hot, on the dirty side and looked like perhaps there was maybe a little construction going on, but no one was actively working on it. Thankfully, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I noticed from a window that they pulled my car out of the bay, but no one actually came to tell me it was ready to go. I went outside after about 5 minutes to stand in the shade and saw my car running in the drive way with the door open. I had to ask if it was ready.

As I approached the business and only saw one car being worked on- I thought to myself, Fantastic I really can get in and out. It will be a Jiffy Lube, but it was not the case.. The manager had let all the text go on lunch break at the same time so there was only one person on staff around 11:45 AM You can t have the entire company go to lunch at the same time. The guy left there was apologetic and nice But I don t know if they didn t have any manager or if he was the manager, but come on guys!

Good service. Unfortunately they charged me more than the appointment made the day before which gave me a price of $20 less. I even shows them the screenshot of the price quote but still charged me more. And definitely took longer than 15 minutes. More like and hour.

Experience was great! I had my oil changed. It would have been even better if they quickly reviewed what they did for me (I like the details), for example, we changed the oil and filters and reset the oil change notice in your car s computer system. That would have made it a 5-star experience, but the 4 star experience was great, would go back for sure!

Definitely was not Jiffy. Took them more than 2 hours to do an oil change on my car. Then they lost my paperwork and had to spend another 20 minutes for them to find it.

Mechanic came to my car immediately and guided me to the proper bay. Representative at the desk was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Waiting area was clean and, though there were others having oil changes, I was in and out of there within 15 minutes!

First thing I said when I got there is that I need an oil change and my headlight and taillight fixed. I got home and the lights weren t touched.

Came in last minute before they were closing. The tech Jose was extremely helpful and got the service I needed done promptly. Great service!

Wow! Started doing an oil change without my permission. I knew I needed a serpentine belt and tried to ask while in car and in office. he continued not to answer me and then showed me a $167 oil change charge. I told him I m not interested in oil change unless you have serpentine belt. He went off on how he has 3 other people there and that he didn t want to do belts. I told him okay I ll take my car. When I went out they had already started working on my car. Wow!? I asked him why he was working on my car when I never approved. He told the guys to fill up my car and said you basically get a free oil change. I told him to just give me an oil change and that I d pay. He refused. Any way I drove off like that. Didn t feel very safe because I have no idea what was done and not done to my van. Guy was a totally rude guy but is definitely not trained in how to speak to customers or guide them through what s going on. Acts like he s doing us a favor for stopping by his Jiffy Lube. A total waste of my time which I do not have a lot of.

Due to some previous customer driving into one of the oil bays, the owner of this establishment had to pay for some idiots car. Now when you drive up to the business you are asked to get out of your car or truck and wait in the lobby. I dont care for this proceedure and so next time I will go somewhere else. The service is a little pricey and so I will be seeking a place with more reasonable prices.

Prices are completely inflated. Above 45.00 over Valvoline. Not coming back, even though employees make me want to. They are great. However, your prices are exorbitantly high. Please don t pass your poor margins to the consumer. Very bad taste.

Great service, even though Jose was working by himself, he kept apologizing for the speed of the service. For one person to run the whole shop, I didn t mind waiting and he did the full service of vacuuming and filled my tires which usually doesn t happen. I ll be definitely going back and letting others know to get their oil changed there.

I brought my own turn signal bulb for them to install and they said oh we don t do that I ll never go there again. Your service is pathetic.

My experiences with this location is that they have really been friendly and conscientious while I have been dealing with an aging car! It s nice when a business can take the time to explain its benefits not just at the service time, but in between the service times, is tremendous. I must say the people that work there are the ones that represent that business and hope it never loses sight of that. It s a partnership that helps service the community, and we are all linked together. Glad we still have businesses like this!

Just driving by and pulled in. The guys were wonderful, informative prior to oil change, checked my over inflated tires and made them right and blew the remains of a rats nest off my engine. Wonderful experience.. wish we had Jiffy Lubes in my town in Montana.

Theres a reason I go to these guys. They dont just do a fast reliable oil change, they also diagnose other problems with my car. They caught a crack in my radiator the other day and they provide service for those repairs too. The pricing is fair. These guys go above and beyond. Thanks again fellas
