No service! I pulled up to this Jiffy Lube location, waited for a few minutes, no one came out. I then got out of my car, went into the office, no one was there. I then tried going into the bay, saw an employee, however he kept going around another car until I had to enter all the way into the bay to get his attention. The first thing he said to me was You cant be in here. Its to dangerous He did not greet me or ask if I needed service for my car. When I asked for an oil change he said I could pull up behind the car he was working on. He did not give an estimate for how long the wait was, how long the service would be or where I should wait. I left. I drove down the street to Valvoline of Thousand Oaks and the service there was night and day from jiffy lube! At Valvoline, Immediately a gentleman walked up to my car, said hello and how could I help you today? At Valvoline, I asked for an oil change he said to pull right up into to the bay. There were two other cars already being serviced, each car had two people working on it. Valvoline Service was 10/10 and they are so fast, they say you can sit in your car to wait while they do the oil change! Jiffy lube was disappointing at this location and I will never go there again.

shitty 1 star service. walked in this morning to get air in my tires, and employees just walked past me at the front desk. i was waiting around and no one greeted me or helped. lmao don t come here.

2nd time going to the Thousand Oaks Store. 1st time tried to pay with a gift card, was told it didnt go through. Put it on my cc then found out the gift card did go through. They refused to give me a credit had to dispute it on my cc. Gave them another shot. They convince my son in law the car needed extra services that were declined last time. He spent over 240 dollars. When I looked at the receipt, all levels were OK, so they lied to him to get him to pay for extra services. They also marked that customer refused the complimentary vacuum and window wash. He was never asked about either. I will never go back to this jiffy lube. Ive been a JL customer for over 25 years. My only 2 bad experiences were at the Thousand Oaks Store. THEY SAW HIM COMING AND REALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HIM. Never again! Jiffy lube has lost my business due to this store and my experiences with them.

They tried to charge me $133 for the service they claimed to be starting at $59 I asked the reason and he tried to say because my car needed 0w-20 instead of 5w-20 like I was stupid. Then I pressed him about what kind of oil they use and I saw the rack of castrol which made a little bit more sense. I had a gift card for Jiffy lube, and I needed a good quality oil change as soon as possible so I just said what the heck go ahead and do it. Came back after a 10 minute walk and they told me they couldn t work on it because my oil drain plug was stripped and they wouldn t be able to tighten it all the way, they weren t allowed to work on it because it would look like they did the damage. Understandable I guess. Crazy that they have the audacity to charge me over a hundred dollars and then not be willing or able to run across the street to Autozone to buy a new drain plug for $6 lol. (Which I ended up doing, as well as buying 5 quarts of the same exact oil, Castrol edge, and a filter, for $45 in total, and did the whole job myself). Thought I d be able to use this $25 gift card but I guess it s not worth much at this place, probably more useful to recycle it

Great and fast experience, took about an hour for an oil change and brake fluid change. I was given some estimates for new tires and will likely return to Jiffy Lube for them as the estimates seemed pretty reasonable and more affordable compared to other places. I will be returning to this location for future oil changes and services!

Was inconvenienced I had to drive back after an Oil change, and tire Rotation . I got on the freeway and my car was shaking so bad that tire was going to fall off! I took it and they fixed the issue. I assume it was they had not balanced the tires..

Eveything was so expensive and inflated. I am talking about the two quotes I got while getting my oil changed. The first quote was for One four tires which seemed high and when I looked at it closer there were 6 tires on the quote not just four. So he fixed that. Then I got a quote for brakes and it was $1200. And when someone tells you to bring the original quote in with you it makes me wonder why. When I called my regular trust worthy mehanic he quoted me $600. and did my brakes my for $600. Also there was some pressure to get them done right away. He was trying to get me to commit for the mext day. He said they were metal to metal which was not true. I needed brakes but they were not metal to metal. Not using these guys for a simple oil change anymore.

You let me sit in the customer waiting area for more than a half hour and then notified me that you didn t have the oil required for my vehicle. I could have gone a half a mile away to another jiffy lube but instead I wasted my time and then was late for my next appointment. I was a little unhappy.

My one visit here about a year ago resulted in my car sputtering and hesitating. Manager ducked me all three times I tried to get it fixed/checked out (including an appointment he made). Had to take it to my mechanic to figure out what they did. Will never go back.

I visited Jiffy Lube twice. The first time, I was misquoted for an oil change without any questions being asked of what type of service I needed. I was automatically quoted at the highest possible price, which I went home and did some research and found that the actual service I needed was $50 less than what they were quoting me at. The owner took it upon himself to give me a call personally and apologize for the misquotation, letting me know that he never wants anyone to feel taken advantage of which I greatly appreciated. They warranted the service for me, and the owner took the time to personally meet me when I got to their location and walk me through everything when it comes to pricing. My experience for the second time was efficient and I felt as if I was really taken care of. With the way they handled the situation, I can definitely say that the consideration of returning was put back on my mind. I appreciate their help and accommodation!

This place is the worst. I have a Chevy they told me on the phone they can change my transmission oil. I told them ok I ll be there at 3pm 02/09/23. I arrived, they where about to work on my car, I waited just to find out they can t change my oil. I told them I drove 45 mins because u said u could change it. I went down the street to Valvoline they said of course and right away got it change. I don t recommend this place jiffy lube to anyone for disloyal to customers by falsified information! Ur manger own me gas money for diving 45 mins because u said u could change it. Valvoline- and no I don t work there I m a construction worker for over 17 yrs

$150 for a full synthetic oil change ? Absurd you guys are ripping off people who don t know anything bout cars. Big tire brand charged me $75 for the exact same service. Prices here in general are absurd

The oil change was done to my satisfaction, but it took nearly an hour. I was the first one at the store for the day. The amount of time that it took to do the oil change was unacceptable. I will think twice about going back to Jiffy Lube. By the way the cost is comparable to Valvoline.

Very quick and efficient. Restroom at my time of visit was clean. I was given a time frame of 45min - 1 hour for my visit, and I clocked it at 1 hour and 1 min. Pretty impressive.

I had an oil change done and felt like my oil was short I went back a few days later and talk to the rudest general manager at that store in Thousand Oaks I live near by and thought it would be a good place of business but was sadly disappointed by the professionalism of this general manager which took offense to my claim of insufficient oil. He said his name was Marvin.

I was forced to pay a much higher fee (full synthetic) for an oil change as the synthetic blend oil change was not available. The reason stated was they did not have the synthetic blend available.

They broke the window controls that are on the door, no mention of it when they returned the car. Also we could hear them racing the engine.

This place has horrible service, I wish Pep Boys had Uber inspection service, took my car for inspection, and the guy told me that if need it another signature will cost another $40, at Pep boys the technician did the Lyft inspection for $20 and I didn t have to pay if I needed another copy with a signature in case it could get rejected.

No employees seemed to be present. It was well before closing time and everything was open but there was no one in sight. I waited for a long while and no one showed up. I tried calling and no one answered the phone. They didn t even leave a sign or anything to indicate when they would be back.

I think for a jiffy lube the prices should be more competitive. I saved with a coupon and as a student could have opted to save as well. However $100 plus dollars for synthetic oil. Im happy they checked my other fluids and tire pressure. They were considerate to ask about other services as standard mileage would imply I needed ie: transmission flush, brake fluid. But not necessary.

The staff was very unfriendly and slow. Pretty sure 2 of the 3 guys were high. There was one car ahead of me and it took 45 minutes for my oil to get changed. Oh and the prices are insane. Ill be changing my own oil now. The price has now made the convenience not with it.

Nearly 3 hours for tire replacement and oil change

I had no appointment, but the team at Jiffy Lube was swift to get my oil change handled.

I was greeted immediately as I pulled up. They were a bit slammed, but they were totally knocking it out of the park. Pardon the pun, but they were running like a well oiled machine. I know there were guys in the pits handling their business but I only really got to see Jose in the office in action. He was getting people their updates, getting payments handled, checking people in. If you want to see what multitasking looks like, go see Jose in action. And he did it all with a smile even as late in the day as it was. 10/10 would recommend.

We came in and were greeted right away and told where to park and sit. We were told to wait and someone would come and check in with us. When they called us up to authorize the work I enjoyed not being pushed for other services after we kindly declined. They then proceeded with the oil change and we were out so quickly. Great and speedy service.

Expensive!! Im assuming its gone up everywhere to have an oil change but prices seemed to have more than doubled this past year. On my little Honda it cost $136 for just the oil change. Did not do the filters which they did say were a bit dirty and quoted me $30 and $54 to replace. Said no and will start learning to do some of this stuff myself. Nice guys here and not super pushy.

Rolando was awesome! We take for granted what a car is, it is a vessel capable of enormous pain in mortality and also the way we come home to our loved ones. With my dad and grandpa gone it is hard to feel safe they always checked my car especially before driving. I paid attention enough, but they had all the knowledge so for people like me who depend on people like you, thank you for being our neighborhood protectors. Tried for weeks to replace fuel filter Got a quote a week ago at skyline jiffy lube for 90$ they would order the part. Never answer so drove over and was told no approval from store to order and go to the other store buy my own to be safe. Three trips there as they dont answer the phone. I picked one up to avoid a repeat. They are at AutoZone,pep boys and all over withing a block for $13.00. second store quoted 79.99 and would use there own. They decided they did not have it either. The result is I have to pay 120$ for labor????? Not the 79.99 for labor and part. Glad its done after weeks yet would not recommend this to others.

Very efficient, super helpful! The gentleman who helped out was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and above all else he took the time to show me why certain things needed to be done and why certain things could wait. So the computer said it was time to replace my air filter and the differential fluid. He brought out the air filter, showed me why it still looked good and recommended we do it maybe next time. Then he brought out a sample of the diff fluid and showed me just how dirty it was and said this one needed to be done today. That to me is good service!

Needed B service on my Acura and decided to try Jiffy Lube instead of the dealer. I was very happy with the service, quality and price. The technician took me through what they did point by point and was very thorough. I ll be coming back from now on.
