I met Casey, the owner of LA windshield at Costco putting my items in my car and he noticed my broken windshield..He introduced himself and gave me his card and quoted me a price I liked to replace my windshield..I got an 8:30 appointment the following morning and my car was finished 2 hours latter..The 2 workers worked together and did a fantastic job!! My Honda dealer sent me over to LA Windshield, the guys were very nice and quick with the repair. It's like they preform magic. Theres still a little dot, since it was a puncture through the window. But it's definitely sealed up tight and I can't even notice it. They saved me from full window replacement. Will be back again if anything else happens to my window.
i've never left a review of a business and to be totally honest I never intended to, but this place is 10000% deserving of all the hype it gets. I had to repair a back windshield and every place i called was giving me quotes between 700 to 1200 dollars. Nobody could do it same day, nobody could promise a same day turnaround, and everyone wanted me to pull up at like 9am and cross my fingers like I didn't have a mf job!! I called this place and within like 20 minutes they were working on my window. the service was complete 30 minutes later. The cost? Like 300 dollars cash. I'm not sure what I did in a past life to be blessed by these people but I can't imagine going anywhere else after this experience. They were so nice and WAIT I FORGOT!!! My back bumper was dented and sticking out because of a past incident, and when I got back they had fixed it FREE OF CHARGE!!! WITHOUT ME EVEN HAVING TO ASK!!! These people are good and honest and I can't recommend them enough!!! I will be back!!! Thank you guys so much again!!
A side passenger window on my Honda Element had shattered. LA Windshield replaced it less than 48 hours later with a perfect duplicate from the same manufacturer that had supplied it to Honda in the first place. It looks good as new. The owner Marc is exceptional: patient, personable, explains things clearly, and was able to do this quickly and at an incredibly fair price. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and would recommend him to anyone who needs their auto glass repaired or replaced. I will never go anywhere else. The replacement took about an hour and conveniently there is a Starbucks just down the street where I could wait.

I cannot recommend LA Windshield enough!! I've had the pleasure of dealing with Marc, the owner of this auto glass shop for windshield replacement for two BMW's (X7 and 535i), and front passenger side window for the X7 that got vandalized. Marc is so amazing in every way possible. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and flexible. Marc gave me the assurance that the glass that he uses are OEM quality and showed me the brand that actually produced glasses for BMW. Marc bent over backwards to squeeze me in to get all three glasses replaced for both of my cars within the same day and the prices were more than reasonable. I guess the yelp reviews don't lie! I came here bc of the amazing Yelp reviews and I totally understand how this place has such superb reviews after trusting them to do my window/ windshield. Their work is truly flawless! I'm so glad and lucky to have found such an amazing auto glass repair shop locally. I will be recommending this place to everyone that I know that needs auto glass repairs or replacement.
