I am so delighted to be doing this review! I was in a jam and needed a new battery fast-I was pressed for time. Richard (El Dorado/Harding Auto Zone) was so dedicated to getting me to work on time, so he removed my old battery, sold my husband and myself a new battery, AND installed it in under 20 minutes! Good service, professional but not very personable.

The service rep stopped his lunch to come out to my car and explain how to go to the new auto zone on West Lane and March Rd. I purchased rear struts although I can't remember his name. I remember the face if I see him again. I'm from San Jose visiting Stockton when the problem occurred.

Bad area is not the fault of auto zone but California homeless are everywhere, the employees are cool. Let the police do their job and trash won't happen. So to blame Auto Zone for government problem is not right. Been going here for years another thing The trash is coming from the smoke shop next door. Since the smoke shop opened up the people just stand outside all day long until night .. Probably buying and selling drugs. What should I do write a book? Like I said it's not the employees fault so five star because I know they work hard and under staffed with a bad area

All the guys n gals are knowledgeable never had a problem with them or their parts they're always there to help they'll even check out why a light is on, on your dash.. been going there for decades.. and we'll still be going back..

I just want to say Ricardo and his team are very awesome people. They helped me with my spark plugs . Ricardo took the time to explain what I needed to do and how to do it . His team helped me take apart a difficult screw. Excellent customer service. They are a fine example of what teamwork is all about. I will be definitely going back to them for any auto parts and questions I have. They answered all my questions . They made my day better . Thank you Ricardo and the team. Have a bless day.
