called and placed on hold. 30 mins after with no check in from them i hung up and called again. they picked up to place me on hold again this time for 5 mins and then was able to take my call. customer service needs improvement.
Ordered online they said they had parts in stock. Two hours later, there is no Email or call. Went to check, and they did NOT have my part. Which would not have been a huge issue except I was not notified and told they would get from another stop and have later. I wasn't given the option to cancel or puck up unless I cancel entire order and redo partial. I already paid, so it would be hassle. They blew my entire day. On top of that, the older manager guy was a very snippy and could care less sort of (word for male appendage). No one greeted me or offered much help. I dislike everything about this store and will stick to O'Reilly.
Awesome group young people especially the young lady she was so wonderfully helpful. I say give her a raise she went above and beyond her job. She was soo patient. Thanks for making my day. She help me get oil she got the ladder and made sure I had the correct oil. Thanks.
I Originally went in to check my battery life. George was able to help me out in a quick and responsive fashion. He offered great customer service, and replaced my battery. He gave great advice on maintaining and ensuring my battery life lasts. This is going to be my go-to spot for auto part needs! Give him a raise 🗣
Went in to find out I'd I actually needed a new battery for my car. The guy who helped told me the signs to look out for a dying/bad battery. Then he tested my battery prices me a good one and replaced it for me. Excellent service and great advice!

All auto chains suck, but this place is the worst! No matter what day it is their always understaffed and unknowledgable. Phones are always ringing while your waiting for help. Its always been that way and it always will! AZ will never change their ways!

We needed to get an engine light report which is a free service for customers. Once that we completed it, the cashier couldnt give us any real advice on what to do with the information other than to say see a mechanic. Duh!

Cool people always get the help I need
I called ahead for a 32oz Aircraft paint remover part# was given. I get to the store a young PSM that answered the call says they don t have the stripper and only the big one. Even though he verified he had the small that I was looking for over the phone. Please train you staff to not be lazy it takes no more than 5 minutes to check the front and back for overstock. Plus they were just chatting like there was nothing going on but the the whole store was a mess by the oil section with cardboard boxes stacked in the back.

This location almost never has anything in stock. Need to flush your radiator? They have coolant, no cooling system flush. Peanut butter, no jelly.

Went there to get a car battery, nobody don t know how to change a car battery. Every manager and red shirt. Need to retrain their employees learn how to change a car battery. U working at a car parts retail store and don t about cars and don t know the parts. Disappointed
I had one of the best experiences ever. The girl that helped me was knowledgeable and made good conversation. They didnt have the fuel filter I originally came in for but she found another one that fits my car and told me it was a part of a bundle when you buy oil. My brother changes my oil for me and I go in and buy all the stuff. Easiest AutoZone trip Ive ever had. Thank you!

Store was clean. Line was long only two cashiers with a dozen of customers in line and they had at least 7 other workers walking around.
I had to do a warranty on a part but the phone number did not match the warranty. The guy at the store was able to help me out. Always make sure you get a lifetime warranty thru here. They will take care of you
It was a long wait to Checkers and two other workers walking around. It took me 15 minutes just to purchase windshield washer fluid

Manager had a drama fest and a tantrum because I was standing where he didnt want me due to a small sign on an electric panel. I was there due to COVID-19 trying to maintain 6 feet which was nearly impossible. Interestingly, he justified his behavior due to a small low risk safety sign but... after my eviction I was trying to find someplace to wait while commercial was getting my order together and low and behold, I found a fire exit door with a huge sign saying FIRE EXIT Do Not Block and guess what, it was, probably still is, blocked by boxes full of stock and other assorted debris. Too bad that he didnt have a drama fest over something with real danger.

I bought three from this place over the years they never last more than three years in order to get refunded for the rest of the warranty, I have to buy another battery from the store or bring back the use battery.

I had a good experience there i went in a couple of days ago and bought a few items i walked off leaving behind one item. I went back in today and the guy that waited on me remembered me and got my item .

This Autozone location needs to relearn how to do the basics, like keep inventory of their product. I ll say no more cause I have nothing good to say about this location. Retrain, retrain, retrain. Maybe find a better management cause if they re doing nothing to know how things run while they re there, this store is just gonna keep getting worse. Good luck.
Usually has what my husband needs and if they dont the staff will find a store that does and calls them to verify in-stock for him.

Very nice and helpful employee. Went in for a battery test since my car died on me the day before. Employee tested the battery. Showed me on the tester that the battery was bad. Bought a new battery and the employee installed it for me. Total time there was about 30mins.

They seem to always need to order the parts I need. They try to get parts, asap, but still takes a little time. The prices are good and they call the other autozone stores when they dont have the parts I need for our cars.
The friendly and helpful staff at AutoZone on West Lane and Knickerbocker are always able to help me when my check engine soon light comes on by pinpointing the problem and getting me the correct part I need to get it fixed!

Went to get my Check Engine light checked as they do a free check. Ive been there twice, the other time was to have them check my battery. Both times has been great. Very friendly service and very helpful. I also get a full detailed list of what is wrong with the car after they check it.
