After buying brakes and tires here and having some hiccups I can say they always do their best to make things right!! The manager Reece is excellent, Ryan and Cole are always extremely helpful, patient, kind and excel in customer service!! Cody is a bold face liar, dismissive of Women and not nearly as knowledgeable as he says, avoid at all costs.
As someone who grew up in Sebastopol, I've always been impressed with Benedetti's honesty and integrity. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Reece, the manager, is a real stand-up guy. There are multiple reasons why Sonoma County locals love this place.
Cole and team, we're extremely helpful getting me on the road. They were quick, efficient and fairly priced. The shop is clean and well organized.
Do not trust these guys . I went there with a screw in my new tires . They told me it was nit and I would need to buy 4 new tires at 650 $. I got a second opinion at Les Schwab tires. They removed the screw. And told me my tires were fine . I have bin driving on those tires for 2 years now . The worst part is even after I got my tire fixed Benedetti tire told me I still needed to buy the 4 tires because he already ordered them . I obviously refused They were trying to intimidate me and bully into buying . Shady shady shady . Get a second opinion Before purchasing tires at Benedetti tire
I had my oil changed and purchased tires. Staff was very friendly and professional. Received outstanding service, chose their business based on previous comments I read. I am from out of town and would recommend this establishment to other customers.
The guys at Benedetti went above and beyond to help me get my truck looking the way I wanted. They were very patient with me while I made decisions. They were also very careful with my truck while they had it and got it completed in the time promised. I will recommend Benedetti and the staff to all family and friends. Tesla owners beware. I have a slow leak in a rear tire. I called around to find a shop that knew about the issue with Teslas and lifting, they need a special "puck" under the frame to protect the battery. They assured me they worked on Tesla's all the time. When I arrived, I presented the clerk with my own set of pucks, which he accepted and placed on the front passenger seat. I wandered around for a bit, came back about 45 min later, to see my car, jacked on a floor jack, WITH NO PUCK. What the puck? I asked the tech, he said "I put the jack where the pucks go" When asked why he didn't use a puck, he said nobody handed him one. I informed him they were on the front seat. Apparently his boss hadn't bothered to mention my concerns. When asked why, boss's reply "I got busy" Another tech actually offered that they even have their own set of pucks, and use them regularly. When asked why they didn't use them... they just sort of sputtered and had no response. By this time I have pulled out my phone and am recording the interactions. I ask Mr. Bald Supervisor for his name, he rudely ignored the question twice, looked my camera in the lens and turned and walked away in silence. A few min later a manager type came out and introduced himself, and promised to make everything right. I will be inspecting for damage and pressing the issue if there is any. Too little too late. Overlooking a primary concern then the audacity to be so rude as to ignore a direct question. I shall never do business with Benedetti Tire again, and I strongly advise caution in any interaction you have with them.
This review is for the oil change portion of their business not the tire shop. I have no experience with the tire shop. I had my oil changed a month ago. Just checked my air filter it was dirty and they should have recommend I change it. It leads me to wonder what else they are not looking at. Been a customer of theirs for fourteen years. They used to have a stable long term staff and I totally trusted them. I called and asked to talk to a manager about the air filter. He seemed accusatory the whole time I was talking to him like I was lying or something. Never apologized. I didn’t get his name (I’m bad about that). I would think if they had more than 30 seconds of customer relations training they would start out apologizing and try to make a happy customer. Instead I felt worse about the store than before I called. Oh well. Big O is also inconsistent. Guess I will have to go to Santa Rosa to get my oil changed. UPDATE: I had a good talk with the owner and he sent me a gift card for an oil change. I just used it. Decent experience except I must have been listed in the computer as a "complainant" so all the guys were nice. Too nice, sarcastically nice. I felt like I was back in junior high. They didn't update the window sticker until I went back and asked for it. I feel for the owner, hard to get good employees for a low end dirty job.

Came in today before work as I had blow out on the way in that had also bent the rim. They gave me solid, honest work at a very fair price and were willing to let my car sit there while I went to work across the street. Great service and very satisfied with the job done.
We followed an old friend from another shop to Benedettis. SO glad we did. Service was great, quote was spot-on, and work was done exactly when they said it would be. Glad our friend is here, we will be coming back for sure! Fast, courteous service.

Once again Benedetti Tire Pros has exceeded my exceptions. I own small local business with about 10 vehicles. Benedetti s handles everything from tire repair, new tire, tire rotation, brakes, oil changes among others services. The list goes on. The owner Mark and his staff pay attention to detail and are always looking out for our best interest keeping us safe on the road!
2009 Nissan Armada they installed tires on me and they damaged 2 sensors and they also damaged my rim and they still charged me to replace them and they ordered them to come back and they installed them on the back of my Nissan and then when I took the truck for maintenance what happened? changing position the tires vibrated so much that it couldnt be handled and I took it to another tire shop and surprise that only 2 tires were out of balance, very bad job

If you want top notch quality work this is the place to go! The last time I took my car to be fixed by a shop I ended up having to sell the car to pick n pull. Benedettis was reasonable and did exactly what I asked them to do. Brand new struts, sway bar its like a brand new car!! Thank you to Charlie and all!!!

Ive now had two shady things happen here. First one was I got a set of new tires and left the parking lot with a busted wheel bearing, Cost me $1000 to replace. Came in again for a tire rotation and I asked them to check the back tire for a slow leak. They called and said I had a busted tire sensor which I decided not to fix. Pulled off the lot and my car was pulling right. Came in to fix it the next day and they said there was in fact a screw in my tire. Miraculously the tire sensor was working again after the tire was fixed. Glad I didnt pay the $125 to get it replaced.

Got a job here sold air filter multiple and I was told that I would get a dollor for each air filter I sold they fired me for a good reason but never paid me the money they owed for the air filters I sold then i went back there to get my fluids refilled a couple of months later and chad harrassed me.

They did work fast but I wont be going back due to rude service.
Took some trailer tires in that had screws in them. I was told to leave them and they would take care of it by the end of the day. I had to call them at 415 p.m. to see it they were ready and was told they were working on them now. After a breif hold to confirm they would be ready for pick up I was told the couldnt be fixed. The reasoning was they could hear the belts stretching as they aired them up. After a quote for over 400 bucks for two new tires, that they did have in stock, I decided to get a second opinion. Wasted a day of work that I needed my trailer, but les schwab fixed them next day, no problem. Not only do I think they wanted to sell me tires for no reason, they waited until the end of the day to tell me. Not professional and I dont believe they are honest. Sad, as this was the last good tire shop in Sebastopol.
I give this place 5 stars and above always. They are super professional and super welcoming every time that I come in. The people here always exceed my expectations and leave me feeling confident and happy about my car. They take super good care of you always are time efficient and get the job done above and beyond. I 10/10 recommend this place it s where I would send my loved ones as well as my self and that s absolutely saying something in itself. I m never left wondering about anything never feel pressured into getting anything always thoroughly explained about everything. I love this place every time more and more!

For the past 5+ years I have used Benedetti Tire Service for not only my personal vehicles, but also the small fleet of light duty and commercial vehicles for the business I manage. They have always been helpful, efficient and very competitively priced. Charlie has always treated me like a priority, has me in and out in a very timely manner and has stayed late on numerous occasions to accommodate my hectic work schedule. His technicians are always polite, and honest in the assessment of every vehicle I have ever brought them. I have never felt pressured into unnecessary purchases, nor have I been bombarded with harsh sales tactics. (Which is a rarity in the automobile service industry.) I trust them and you should too. With that being said, 5 years of exceptional tire service isn t what prompted this review. Recently I went out to start my personal vehicle only to find rodents had caused damage to some electrical components. After taking my truck to the dealer where I was quoted an astronomical amount just to diagnose the issue, and an even higher amount for the projected repair, I tried one of the big name nationwide service shops. Same story. That s when I decided to talk to Charlie to see if he had any input, advise or recommendations. From the moment I walked into Benedetti, I was greeted with smiles and the office staff remembered my name. Charlie s communication was top notch, he took the time to explain the problem, inform me of possible scenarios and concerns, and then offered me a variety of options that were available. Coming from someone who has minimal knowledge of vehicles, I never felt like I was being talked down to. He was kind and put things in terms that I could understand. Despite my questions being elementary, he answered them all as if I were his equal. I appreciated that. At every stage of the repair, Charlie kept me in the loop on the progress and gave me the choice on what was done and how much it was going to cost. Charlie and his crew made the journey from catastrophe to solution fast and seemingly effortless. They earned my trust. In closing, when it came time to pay my bill, it was drastically less than the corporate places and I was grateful that I was able to contribute to a small, local business. If you are tired of being treated like a number on an invoice or a check in a box, I encourage you to go to Benedetti Tire Service. After a really bad experience with a blow out and no spare I had my car emergency towed to the closest AAA shop, and I unknowingly stumbled into a great place. Even though my car arrived only 15 minutes before they closed the team decided to stay and finish up my car so I could get to work with no worries. Just as well, completely fair pricing that is actually pretty good. These guys are awesome and if you have AAA or are in the area I cant recommend them enough for your tire problems. Youll get taken care of by a truly passionate and compassionate team that will get it done right! Thanks to everyone there!!!!

I appreciate having Benedetti in our community, I went there with a bad valve stem this morning, they only charged me $27. If I went to Big O, I don t think it would ve been $27. I just want to say I appreciate you guys for all the good work you do for our community and not price gouging me which I ve had done at many many repair shops. We need to spread the word on reputable mechanics!

Great place to go for Johnnie on the spot, I discovered I ha a fast leak in my front tire the Saturday after Thanksgiving called them up in the afternoon and got me in the same day. I knew I needed tires and the confirmed it. They had the tires so the whole experience took 2 hrs. Staff wasnt overly friendly but Im not complaining I understand that Im not their only customer and you never know whats going on in someones life. What I do know is I work customer service myself and after reading the negative reviews that people come in with attitudes and when the front counter can do nothing to appease them and expect kindness when the give grief they lie about how they were treated but neglected to mention how they treated the staff. I am going to take my car to have my general maintenance done because I appreciate their assistance. So to wrap it up I feel its worth going back and no not pep boys and cheaper but I would rather go with quality service and pay a little bit more.

Got there before 5 pm. Manager said they close at 5:30 so would not change my oil. There were 3 cars in front of me. When I complained that the sign on the door said open until 5:30. He did not care. Now only 2 cars in front of me. Manager said that you cant show up at Safeway and pound on the door to get in?!! Safeway does not stop taking customers at 5 if they are open until 5:30. If Benedettis cared about customer service they would say they are closed at 5 and then stay until 5:30 taking care of customers. I wont do business with people who do not understand basic customer service and instead make you the bad guy. Find a company that cares.

I needed them to check my breaks and find out why my windshield wiper fluid wasnt working. They quoted me $1,169.00 and said I needed breaks on my front and back tires. They said the wiper fluid alone would take possibly 2 hours to repair. My husband wanted me to get a second opinion. The quote cost $139 at Benedetti...My second opinion was at Big O Tires in Sebastopol. They said no, I definitely did not need back breaks and the wiper fluid issue should cost $40 and take 10 minutes to fix. I paid $570 for front breaks and wiper fluid repair. I am furious that I was told by Bennedetti that the wiper cost by itself would be $500. I am pretty sure they just slapped on costs because I am a woman. Never ever going here again! Stay away, especially if you are not a car person. **Edit: The management of Benedetti did try calling, a few times, and a voicemail, a bit agressive in my opinion. I am sticking to my review, and honesty if you did not follow procedure, that is also problematic.

My first visit was a pleasant surprise as I thought I needed a new tire (got a nail in it) only discover my tire was easily and permanently repairable for a fraction of what the new tire was going to cost. Even showing up a little cautiously edgy with them as can sometimes come out in me when I first do business with an auto mechanic, the staff was very considerate, understanding, and professional. Would recommend for your tire needs.
Ever have one of those days that could have been awful and actually turns out fantastically? Benedetti Tire totally saved the day! I was heading to Occidental for a doctors appointment and as I pulled into the parking lot I noticed the low tire symbol on the dash. Sure enough, there was a nail in the rear drivers side tire. Yikes! It was 3:00, and I had to keep my appointment. On top of it NO CELL SERVICE in Occidental. There was wi fi in the waiting room so I emailed Benedetti. They emailed back that if I could get there by 4:30, they could fix it. They also told me where I could find air in Occidental so I could pump up the tire and not injure it on the way back to Sebastopol. I was able to make it to the garage in time and they had me out by 4:45. Some days are just meant to have a happy ending. The Benedetti TIre guys are my heroes!!!
