A place I should've gone to from the start. Nothing but prompt and professional service. And in a very timely manner at that. Dropped off some new rims on a Saturday, ordered some specialty Falken tires and they told me it would be in and installed by that Monday. Sure as hell were. And you pay only after the tires are in. Unlike another tire place down the road who told me a few more days for 2 months before I stopped being too nice. Absolutely ridiculous. Anyways, thank you Monetery Tire I can't recommend them enough.

Got two Michelin tires. They weren’t there when expected, so check before you go! Tires are great-I drove cross country. However, tire pressure light came on immediately and Honda said they were over inflated-45 instead of 39. Good prices! They told me to buy 4–went to Costco when my tires were not ready on time and they said I only need 2 new tires.

My regular Lexus mechanic didn't seem to know about tire sensors. I called several places and was finally referred to Monterey Tire. He said it's first come first serve, so I went over tot the shop. I was waiting to get into the office, there was a line.Then Carlos asked if he could help me. I told him my problem and he grabbed his tool and went around to each tire and found the sensor that was out. It was $95 parts and labor and he fixed it on the spot. A really nice guy who explained everything and was king, as was the guy in the office. A great morning. Thanks Carlos.

Had a nail in my tire while traveling and needed a patch fast. Neighboring business wanted to replace both tires despite the nail being in the tread. This is the place to go when you need it done, quickly, right, and for the fair price. Was in/out in under 30 minutes after dropping in. 100% recommend

Monterey Tire Service saved my long weekend vacation. Me and my family traveling from LA to Monterey Bay, just right before we reached our destination, we got targeted and tired got stabbed at Salinas, CA. We tow the car to Volvo dealer at Monterey Bay. It's Saturday morning. Unfortunately, the dealer did not have my tire at the moment. And they cannot place an order during the weekend. Which means I have to wait until Monday to place an order and the tire won't be delivered until Tuesday. However, we did finally find a Monterey Tire Service that is willing to place an order for me right the way, and it will be delivered on Monday morning, which is the last day of our vacation. Bill was the person that I talked to and he helped me to get my tire replaced. I really appreciate everything that he did for me.

Wow! I am impressed, I had a nail in my tire last night, called the next morning they had reasonably priced tires (4) in stock and ready to install. First come first served. So I got there before 9 on Saturday which is so handy! They were very honest about the condition of my current tires and gave me the best option to change the placement and only buy 2 tires. Probably in and out in less than 45 minutes, will definitely come here again for future tires, new hub caps and maintenance etc.
