Sullivan's Auto Service & Tire Pros in Seaside

Been coming here for 2+ years to get my oil done because of the coupons sent to my house. I go in today and I’m on the “do not service” list. The reasoning is because I use their coupons and say no to the astronomically high pricing for the other services they have. Pretty sure I was speaking to the manager. I pay for what service I get done, if you don’t like customers using what YOU send to their homes, simply stop sending them. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

I love taking my truck to get service done at Sullivan’s. Rick at the counter is a great guy always helpful with impeccable customer service, I’d give them 5 stars just for him but I did rate them a 4 simply for price point. I did feel $189 for an alignment was a bit exorbitant.

We always choose Sullivan Tire because their customer service and efficiency are consistently top-notch. This time, they were quite busy, and I experienced a bit of a wait at the front desk, both when dropping off and picking up my car, as the staff took a bit longer than usual to acknowledge me. It’s hard to make eye contact when they are all behind big computer monitors. However, that’s just a minor issue. Despite their packed schedule, they still managed to squeeze me in and repair our flat tire within a couple of hours, which I truly appreciate. Their reliability keeps us coming back!

The Sullivan’s team performed a very thorough inspection on our automobile and provided a prioritized list of repair recommendations. This was very helpful in determining what needed to be fixed immediately and what items could be deferred. The repairs were high quality. The staff was very professional. A big thank you to Rick Boroughs and the Sullivan team!

Luis was very professional and courteous. Sullivan’s pointed out oil leaks during my oil change. The inspection they do is done every time a vehicle comes in no matter how small the job. Due to the professionalism they have me as a customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was enticed to take advantage of one of Sullivan's coupon specials for a regular servicing of my car. While doing an inspection they found several issues that needed to be attended to. After reviewing their findings with them I agreed with their analysis and went ahead with the needed repairs. From start to finish Luis Flores, my service advisor, was attentive, professional and gave me excellent service. I believe his actions reflect the high level of Sullivan's operation.

The experience I had at Sullivan's Tires was great! I had 4 tires and wheels installed on my Toyota 4Runner. It took some time to get them done, however, it was well worth the wait. What I didn't expect was the level of service I received. While I was waiting I received a text from Sullivan's and it gave me a full report on an inspection they had done on the entire vehicle. So, I asked Rick about it and what he said next blew me away! He said come on back to the garage and we'll go over it. We walked back to the garage and I was met by Jesse. Jesse gave me a complete rundown of things that needed to be done immediately (new radiator) and then what to look out for in the future. The inspection report gave me detailed information on what needed to be done as well as pictures included. I have never received that type of service in all my years of dealing with auto mechanics!
