For only having one mechanic its not bad, the mechanic is really good but if you have a big job expect to not have your car for a while due to the lack of mechanics.

Tony and the whole team have treated me and all the cars I have brought in so well, they will take care and pamper your car with so much delight. during my undergraduate years at CSUMB, anytime I had any issues with my car tony and the team would always go above and beyond to sort any issues and have the car running right. I recently brought in my BMW M4 due to some issues and they were able to do a BETTER JOB than BMW of Monterey!!!!, after seeing the overestimates, lack of concern, terrible customer service from BMW of Monterey's service department and incompetent diagnostic from the master techs at BMW, I stopped by Sasaki brothers again and Tony, per usual always going above and beyond for all his customers did his research, diagnostics into all the issues and gave me a reasonable quote to fix EVERY issue and the car is running as it should BE!!! very knowledgeable, efficient, timely and Great customer service. if you are looking for a shop in the Monterey area that will take care of any of your automotive needs, this is it, I am more than cheerful to share this review!!

Incredible customer service. I've been going to these guys for years. Best place for an oil change or other car service.

I had my oil changed here and they sent me a mobile report on my car. It included pictures of various spots on my car that needs attention. I will be going back next week to have more work done. Very professional and courteous! Thanks again guys!

I've been to Sasaki Brothers several times now with 2 different cars. I've always enjoyed the customer service I've received, and the time it has taken to get my work done. The last oil change I had completed, there was an additional issue with the engine light being on. I was afraid it would be the typical high repair cost for things I may or may not actually need. But it ended up being a cheaper repair, which made me comfortable going back for additional work. Overall, I've had several good experiences going here!

Always willing to explain the reason for repairs and to even teach you basics of auto mechanics if you need it. They communicate well with their customers in my experience.

Will be there August 10,11, 2016 to fill up are truck and up this review two more stars!
