I was injured and had neck surgery I am in a power wheelchair. I am in serious pain most of the time.We went to the area to get away from the heat.We had water pouring out of my truck.We went to this place others are right the act like they care but it is Phony.He looked at my truck and he said I needed a water pump.He said it would be 1000 dollars but it could be 1100 but he would call if it was more.I looked up how much it would cost and the very most expensive option was 957 so I agreed.I told him we were really short of money and that I would go get the parts He said no he could get them cheaper and he was a Napa affiliate when we got back he billed me 1600 dollars.Well Napa had the part for 171.00 they charge 321.00 the bypass was 70 he charged 193.00 he billed for a heater hose180 and to install it was never put in.As it turns out the job should have been under 600 for everything.I filed a complaint with the BAR (bureau Of Automotive repair) It took 7 weeks but they made then return 596.00 dollars Of the 1596 that I paid.There water was leaking out of the bypass hose not the water pump.These guys are 100 % rip offs They took advantage of me at one of the lowest points in my life.Hurt and in a ton of pain When they seen that they just went for the throat.Lowest thing I have ever seen.If I prove that that water pump did not need replacing I am going further and filing a lawsuit Bewear theses people will ly and cheat you without a 2nd thought

If I could give 0 star's I would because they lied to me and convinced me they would treat me like family. I needed new exhaust manifolds installed these were oem replacement parts and ca.legal,not a modification. They said that I had 3 choices 180 per hr. For a mechanic to perform work 100 $ per hour to use a bay and do the work myself. 3rd option 250.00,.$ total to work with the owner and learn how to complete the work. I was shocked nobody ever offered that before, so 3 times I asked for clarification. I was assured that's how we treat family and build relationships. There was no paperwork work given to me before work was started, red flag number 1. The owner was 1 hour late to start work red flag 2. Every few minutes, my mechanic was pulled away to assist with other jobs in the garage because it seemed non of the other workers could complete their tasks without assistance. Red flag number 3. 5 days my car sat there because they couldn't get the right gaskets to complete the job. Each day I was told no worries we have the parts and will get it done. Next day they say wrong parts delivered tomorrow for sure. Every day I asked how they could charge so little when the job was taking longer than expected. I said 250,00 was to cheap and they assured me that they would stick to original agreement of 250.00. They were not being honest and charged me 250.00 per hour total 1375.00 and said I agreed to that outrageous price. Any shop that says they will perform work and don't put it in writing don't walk, run away. I was fooled and I take responsibility for being stupid and believing that this business cared about me and wanted to help. Red flag number 4. They have 2 reviews stating how they over charge I should have taken them seriously. The owner is a con man that will offer you coffee and donuts and treat you like a long lost friend. Total act, they fooled me, don't be like me. Just go to anywhere else and be treated with more honesty and real respect than this place. The owner had the nerve to tell me they charge him 300.00 to change his oil in his 20 year old Mercedes and how could I expect so much work done on my car for less money???? First you own a shop why would you go to a dealership to get a oil change. This was just the first of his many excuses for charging me so much.??? Seriously I am still very upset and disappointed that I didn't realize they planned on ripping me off 😒 I could have refused to pay after a stressful week dealing with so many inconsistencies I just wanted to get my car and leave before I lost my temper .I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business office. Now after calming down and inspecting carefully, I have an exhaust leak after all the time and money they failed to complete the task. They told me thier work is guaranteed for 6 months, after the way I was treated I will deal with it myself.

I want to give a shout out to my friends, Pasquale and Fadi who helped me with an engine valve problem that was diagnosed and fixed quickly within 2 hours. The level of personal attention and expertise in their field was welcome as some places don't take the time to know the customer. Had I gone directly to the dealer, the costs would have been significantly more. Their costs were very reasonable and I appreciate the efficient work of the employees. I will definitely bring my car back for more services and maintenance. Thank you! Miriam

Rough experience. Made an appointment, was there two hours for an oil change. It cost $123. Not sure if that's a normal price for the area, would love a comment, but it seems steep. They replaced the air filter without asking me, that was an additional $48. Made the mistake of asking them to change the driver's side wiper. The said they only come as a pair, then charged individually for a driver's side and a passenger side. Labor cost to swap wipers? $44.80. Reviews on here seemed pretty good, so we gave it a shot, but won't be coming back.

Friendly service and they do good work. One note: just make sure you shop around for simpler fixes. I was charged $399 (parts) and $210 (labor) for rear brake pads and rotors on a Subaru outback which, I found out later, is significantly higher than it would have been elsewhere.

Hands down the best mechanic in town, I cannot speak more highly of them! First, they are courteous, kind, friendly, and provide great customer service. Every time I go in, they remember me even if it's been a few years (and how I had so many issues with horribly misogynistic service over at Cardinale GMC) and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable with them. I am always cautious of being taken advantage of or being treated unprofessionally in male-dominated industries like automotive care, but Sasaki Brothers does business with me equally, respectfully, and professionally. I am in the car business and have seen so many horrible examples of how mechanics and dealerships treat their customers, SB is a shining example of how to do it right. They take great care of your car while its in their shop, providing you with text and photo updates if more exploratory maintenance is required, they check with me before adding on costs, and always try to give me affordable car care. Their maintenance is excellent and stands the test of time, they don't suggest services I don't need, and they are incredibly knowledgeable about several vehicles I've owned. They don't spam me with marketing emails or calls and their family-operated business model makes all the difference. I trust them with all my vehicles due to their quick and knowledgeable service, honesty, and professionalism. Do yourself a favor and become their customer immediately, you won't regret it!!
