Had to deal with some pressing issues on a mixed schedule. Brought my car in and was given a comprehensive overview of the issues to make an informed decision. Everything was well laid out, and the team was very responsive. Particularly Vincent, who helped me on several occasions throughout the process. Joey was also very accommodating.

At Midas, Seaside scheduling is easy and they are prompt. The staff at the counter are professional in dealing with customers. I just had my oil changed and they recommended the kind of oil suited for my kind of car plus fluids check plus tire rotation and air filter change for an affordable price. This was the First time taking my car to get its transmission fluid changed here. Ill definitely be a returning customer. Staff was high speed and friendly. Super Professional, and above all. Very fair priced... At Midas they seemingly take walk-in customers pretty seamlessly, Although i would reccomend scheduling an appointment instead. It seems easier and faster for both you and them. They also provide what seems like an on-scene free shuttle service to any location you may need to go whilst you wait for your car to be serviced.. wich is pretty awesome. The Midas team did excellent work on short notice and on a Sunday afternoon! I recently had a flat tire and needed a quick fix as my busy schedule wouldn’t have allowed me to address the problem for about a week otherwise. The team at Midas was incredibly helpful and efficient. After a number of attempts, they found a tire at an affiliate shop, drove me to pick it up and then quickly and professionally installed it! They were also honest and transparent about the process, which I appreciated. I highly recommend Midas on Del Monte Ave. They came through when it counted most.

My car battery died at a client's home in Marina. Tow service through fleet management typically takes a few hours. Santos, the driver happened to be in the area to drop off a customer. He gave my car a jump. It saved me 2 hours of my work day. Santos is always friendly and very helpful. He is so kind, professional, and courteous. Furthermore, Joey, the Operations Manager and Vince, the Service Manager are always very professional, communicative and keeps me abreast of the status of my auto repair. Service is 5 star. I am grateful for their customer service.

Fantastic service and I will definitely return. My tire was flat and they figured out the valve needed replacing. So an easy fix. Christian at the front desk is amazing. Super efficient, polite and friendly.
