Got us in and out within an hour!! Driving through with our Mercedes sprinter van and our dashboard went out. We called and they got us in and were so great to work with. Thank you Austin for being so good to us!

Just got my 2018 BMW 4 series serviced at Marlow’s and they truly did a fantastic job! From the jump start the customer service was amazing and they were very transparent, they repair the vehicle in timely fashion and the price was very reasonable, from the moment I started up the vehicle it felt brand new. I had the battery replaced, break fluid changed, shocks replaced, as well as a check engine light and they tackled in work with no hesitation and finished it very quickly, they even gave me a complimentary detailed of my vehicle. I 100% recommended this place for anyone that cares about their vehicle and are looking for professional assistance. Special thank you to Austin for getting me through very quickly, keeping me updated on all the repairs, and for all the hard work.

Helpful people that know their vehicles. I recently had an issue after a service visit that was entirely user error (me) and they couldn't have been more helpful showing me how to resolve it without charge. Strongly recommend!

Amazing local Mercedes-Benz shop. Super clean and everyone I met was extremely friendly. I went to dealership and one other shop before deciding on Marlow. They came in about 1k cheaper than the dealer, and about 600 cheaper from the other shop. Of the three shops, they were the only ones to actually show me pictures of the problem and show how they were going to fix. Highly recommend for all of your Mercedes-Benz repair needs, Roy was an amazing help in getting me back on the road safely!

Marlow Motor Werks is the best. I have a BMW M5 2001. Was having a check engine light that keep coming on and the BMW Dealership in Seaside, Ca. couldn't figure what the cause of it. I took it to Marlow Motor Werks and they came up with the fix to stop the check engine light. It was a simple thermostat that needed to be replaced and I was back on the road.
