Decent experience better than Steven’s creek in San Jose

Took my car in with misfire issues quoted me 4000$ to time the engine but could not tell me which cam was out of time. Their “master tech” could not figure out that the issue was just new vanos solenoids. Indy shop figured it out without tearing down the engine. Would not recommend this stealership
The only good thing I can say is that I showed up on the day that my appointment was actually a week later and they still got me in but right after that everything else was just below average pretty much a rip-off. My bill was $1,600 almost $1,700 just to tell me that I would need my right headlight replaced and they wanted to charge me $200. I asked for a gold detail that didn't even do that. The day I picked it up they said they forgot to do it but that they would do it and I said no cuz I need my car back. They already had it for 4 days. Also, the whole reason was to clear out the code for the headlights so they move my bumper charge me for it. Told me that I might need to replace my headlight or lights and then put it back and didn't even clear the code squeak. I took it to Firestone and they said I needed front brakes because there is a rust lying on my brake pad nor did they tell me that I needed shocks. The other place I took it to showed me underneath the vehicle. How bad it was. Now I can't say this is experience with everybody that goes there cuz I can't speak for nobody else but myself but this was again a $1,700 bill which absolutely corrected nothing
Normally service is great, but this time it has taken forever to get in the parts I needed, and another forever to get the loaner car I need to get my car serviced!
I have requested 4 times to be removed from their survey list. Still getting email requesting my feedback. Okay, you got it.. dealer does not listen to customer. Do not give them your contact info. They will stalk you like a crazy ex.
Slow shipping. The worst part is order made on Tuesday 2AM and label was created on Friday 4PM. Email them my concern and was told I should've gone to my local dealer if I want my parts sooner. I live about an hour from BMW Monterey. Probably on next Tuesday I won't be getting my parts still. Very ineffective and unprofessional to have my label created on Friday 4pm and let it sit in the warehouse.
Buying genuine BMW parts from BMW of Monterey has been an experience I will never forget. The professionalism and the ease of ordering through their online store was phenomenal. The assistance that I received from their parts department on confirmation of my order was greatly appreciated and very professional. My order was done in a timely manner arrived when they said it would and they kept me posted on the progress from when I place the order till I received my parts. I am buying again through their online store and any other parts that I need in the future, this will be my first choice.
