Christina at Alan’s auto glass is such a professional. She has exemplary customer service. Toyota’s glass was backlogged for months. She would follow up with updates and touch base with Toyota. I came in without an appointment to ask for a quote and left less than an hour later with my cracked windshield repaired. Christina was really helpful and friendly! She let me know right away that my insurance would cover the repair costs, something my insurance failed to tell me when I called them months earlier. I wish I would have gone in sooner!

Was quoted $365 with everything labor, glue, etc over the phone, when it was time to pay with tax the total was $386.71. I handed my card and was charged $398.33 was not aware of the 3% credit card charge until I paid. "No warranty due to Rust"

Christina at Alan's Auto Glass was excellent. She helped me with our broken windshield when the national chain windshield repair company couldn't or wouldn't. She coordinated with my insurance company and the car dealership to get it all handled quickly and easily. Thank you.

The lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and professional. She’s the only reason I’m giving them a 4 star. I never received a call back about the actual work I needed done. I ended up using mission glass & they were on top of their game.

Charles is the person who handles the glass, I never picked up the office lady's name but she is really friendly and nice on the phone. She really made my day. I was having a bad time cuz my windshield was broken and Charles and the office lady they just took care of me quick fast in a hurry best price in California.
